Tiptop spot, but has someone at hotukdeals got some family over at envirophone with all the deals popping up!! Maybe put them in one place or something?
You could get a new Samsung galaxy 7 edge for this price.. .. the battery will be rubbish on this after a few months don't bother

I purchased one on Black Friday from Envirofone, cost me £329.99 plus £5 delivery. It was locked to vodafone. Phone arrived with only few marks on the back. Screen looked immaculate. Came with charging cable, no plus and headphones were not lightning ones for this model but generic.

Only thing was the phone was 32GB so needed a 128GB, so returned it after a couple of days. Refunded same day.

So yes grade C is always a risk but returning is easy however they do give you a tracked 48hr pre paid label but i sent it back special delivery in case anything happpened in transit, you know what some companies might be like.

seems good offer
so from the description I take it you don't get a genuine set of ear phones, a genuine lightning USB lead and no charger at all?
Good price. Usual considerations though - namely that with Envirofone the lowest grade is 'good' so that's basically grade C and it could be battered. Well worth getting the 128GB for a little more money too.

The cables are generic from what I've had in the past so don't expect a genuine one, though that really isn't a bother for me.

I have ordered once and returned back within an hour of receiving it, GB everything phone looked like sh*t
The gold color on the back is completely faded away and lots of scratches, it was "Refurbished GOOD"
No one would take it even offered free
Bought a iPhone 7 plus from them. Refurbished good unlocked. Phone is good, no problem at all. Earphone is not from apple looks like some rubbish one from eBay which I won't use it anyway. Cable is in the box so not bad. The issue is they won't issue you with a VAT invoice. Claimed that they are selling second hand phone under some margin scheme. I checked with HMRC, they still need to pay VAT from price difference (buy/sell). Still. No VAT INVOICE and refuse to give me one.32767038-df7cB.jpg

What's the actual available storage on these?
And do u get the headphone adapter so your headphones work?
I purchased an iPhone 7 “good” from them a couple of months ago. Arrived 2 days later, looked immaculate but didn’t come with any leads. Working great

Why are you so obsessed with getting a VAT invoice?

So they can viod VAT and we need to pay VAT to others? It is not fair and fraud. you could live with that?

By the way, no headphone adapter from Envirofone. I just bought one from Apple today.

Most mobile phone resellers use the second hand margin scheme. They only pay VAT on the profit margin and if they issue an invoice it cannot show VAT separately and the buyer cannot use it to claim VAT back. It’s a common scheme supported by HMRC. So even if they gave you an invoice, which they should on request, you can’t use it to claim any VAT back.

I don’t care, stop poking your nose in business that doesn’t concern you.
This is an ok deal and I brought one awhile ago on the Black Friday deals but returned it.Because you don’t get Apple earphones, charger or adapter 50ish pounds it makes the phone £410 and you could buy it new from John Lewis for £500 a few weeks ago so I’m waiting for this deal again as it’s only £90 more.

Very helpful. You got the point. They should issue me with an invoice with VAT value on it. That is the least they could do. As to claim VAT back or something. Successful or not, that is my business. I mean, I have my right to ask for a VAT invoice in this country. Thanks!

Why don't you call envirofone and offer to pay the VAT you mor on?
got mine. apparently screen is not original, have pain in my eyes few minutes after using it. it is like slightly blurred. and you can feel the difference between iphone 6s and 7.
That's a stonking deal, and only the odd Android intruder trying to down vote. Merry Christmas!! Thanks for posting OP
Bought one and I have to say I am disappointed with overall quality of product I received. Screen scratched, back scratched. I think they randomly select your phone so you never know what you will receive till it comes to you. Correct me if I'm wrong. But deal itself is cracking.
Bought one too. Phone is excellent but they sent the wrong earphones and are ignoring me contacting them. Going to open a paypal query if they don't respond by tomorrow
ordered thanks
thanks op.

envirofne have these in their eBay store too. Minus the 20% offer that is running makes these £290. Cheers, and added some more heat.

Bought this yesterday at £389. Looked today and it's gone back down to £359. Other than returning and reordering, is there any other way of getting that difference back?

Are you sure you bought a 32gb for £359 or the 128gb for £389 ?
Just returning to say thanks again.

Copped a “good” 32gb via the eBay store yesterday and it arrived today... good turned out to be near perfect condition, only a minor scratch on the backside.

Oddly, environphones “free accessory” was a pair of 3.5mm jack headphones !
