What’s the battery health in these second hand phones? My friend bought used iPhone from a shop and it’s battery health was poor, 80%.

It’s a bit of a lottery. As long as the health is between 80-100 most will sell them as is and less than that they change battery.
Condition sounds worse than music macpie
Iv bought many off them and 2/10 come like that
Voting cold, it needs to be retired like Dyson V6. They are milking it on old products and your overpaying. Plus you have 1.5 years of life until no more updates on apps and I'm sure I'll get comments from a minority saying well it's good for me blah blah blah.
I have a 6 plus and it's fine. I did get Apple to fit a new battery in that £25 deal a year ago tho

No more updates on apps? Thats not how it works. Even the iphone 4s can still install alot of the latest apps and get updates for them.

Its IOS that wont gethe updates, developers make their apps to be compatible with the lowest version of IOS possible.

I had iPhone 4 and eBay app along with others stopped working long time ago. There's a reason why they support it for 5 year's.
Your one app stopped working so all of the millions of apps must have stopped working too eh?

Ebay requires IOS 12 which runs in the iphone 5s which is 7 years old.

Yes, It's only social media apps that are likely to work on non supported phones.
I dont think you have ever owned an iphone other than the iphone 4 you talked about.
Wanted a Note 10 plus

But instead bought and recieved a Grade C Pixel XL2 this morning - Really dissappointed - absolutely battered - screen heavily heavily scratched

Had not even been wiped down - surely guys one wetwipe and a sheet of kitchen towel doesn't take much time or cost much?

Returning grade C and now Ordering a Grade B - lets wait and see !!!
