Really good deal. They were selling this until 2017 no? So should still be supported for a year or so at least.
Thank you OP....great price.

I’d hope it’ll be supported until at least September 2021. It was sold until September 2018 and Apple normally support phones for a further 3 years after discontinuing them. It gets the latest iOS update just fine

Because its supported by Apple (will be until the end of IOS14 in 2021) and can sill play a load of the latest games.

Trouble is updates will make sure , battery issues and slow as a tortoise.
Great phone. Got my daughter one for Xmas. Not a big Apple fan myself but is good value

Lightest 64bit iPhone ever made at 113g and if you buy a 32/128GB at best it could be less than 17 months old at worst 2 years 11 months.

Where do you get that from ? September 12, 2018; 17 months ago (32 and 128 GB) = disconnection date. That means they are at least 17 months old...
Nice cheers op. Worth a shot for £51.99

It's an A9 chip as found in a iPad 2017- they are still 100% fine. The iPhone SE has 2Gb ram too.

As for battery Groupon often have deals to get battery replacements or for 9 quid you can buy Boompods Powercase iPhone 5 5S SE 2400Ah Case Battery Cover PowerBank Battery from eBay.

This deal had phones from 43 quid m8!

Yes sorry I have the wrong end of the stick there. I'm sure they were still sold long after the discontinue date though.
The SE is the last decent phone that Apple made. Although the 11pro looks like it's nearly there. Personally I would recommend the 128gb model, these can be found refurbished for under £100. They should be supported for another 18 months.
Thanks for posting, good deal!
What the heck, 42 quid for an SE!!

They're still blazing fast phones i have one. Fantastic deal
Will these still support ios14
My 'good' condition SE arrived today and it really is in good condition. I can see no marks on it at all and it's updated to latest iOS which is jailbreakable (yayyyy). I had an SE when they first came out and I'd forgotten what a little powerhouse they are.
Thank you again OP.

Yes, looks like they will. They're certainly supporting the latest 13 betas.

Thanks for the heads up about the Boompods Powercase. Ordered one and using it now. Seems really good
Mine arrived today, barely a mark on it but the battery was flat and took half hour to power up. Very pleased for £49 (after TCB bonus & cashback) thanks OP.

Mine arrived, I paid extra for a very good condition one, the screen has a mark all along it, looks to me like a stress mark and the display just does not seem as sharp as it should be, My guess is someone has had a go at replacing the screen and has damaged it slightly. So much for the checks etc, not only that but they have requested photos and 2 days later have not authorised a return, glad I only spent £60 quid with these guys, at least with Music magpie you have no problems with returns
