Is this store reliable?
While ipads have global warranty I don't think the phones do so this could be an issue.
Was going ask about this store as they have the 64gb we for £281 but never heard of them
I’ve just bought an iPad and they even included a uk adapter but expect to wait a couple of weeks to receive it.
Youd have to be pretty mental to pay that much to any Chinese site. Little things are fine but really wouldn’t .
Good price for a brand new iPhone X, I bought a £400 Nikon camera from these guys before and it arrived in 5 days with no issues so would use them again.
It sounds like a scam. It's probably a fake iPhone which they will give you

They are real. Bought two phones from them before. Shipping is a little slow but it is fine. Can pay with a credit card or PayPal for protection if you're worried.

I’ve bought BeatsX headphones 🎧 and an Apple Watch series 3 from here and I’d trust them again......like it’s been mentioned, be prepared for a two week wait but apart from that alls good
If only you could stop seeing deals from certain companies.. this would be one.
Have purchased a camera lens from them in Septemeber and there was no isssue with it at all and no Customs to pay also.
i wouldn't send these 10p as if anyone is even considering sending 787.63 to receive there expensive brick by snail mail no warranty no updates the list goes on.now im not voting cold because its a newbie post and everybody deserves a chance.

I understand what you are saying and personally I would only buy apple products from these guys since apple provide worldwide warranty and you can use PayPal for protection for if anything goes wrong.

Similar comments are often posted about this supplier, yet replicated merchant obigations are serviced ex-UK inc delivery, merchant warranty, no additional customs fees, etc when paying the vendor directly by UK credit card. Obviously that is not going to be equivalent to the cosseted experience of walking into an Apple bricks-and-mortar shop, but the difference in price is worthy of consideration.

Um, why would you not get updates? I think you might be exaggerating somewhat

Oh right. Guess I was wrong then. To me it seemed quite cheaper than others which led me to believe it wasn't real. By the way long is the warranty on the product?
Also when the product has been shipped can you track it so you know when it will arrive?

12months merchant warranty, serviced ex-UK if qualifying for S75 via direct credit card payment.

Not at all, they are dodgy

You’ve obviously never bought off them then!! I have and had no probs other than timing, which can’t be helped when there in Hong Kong 🇭🇰

Warranty should be honoured regardless of country. I bought a US iPhone 5S and they happily serviced it in store.
I bought an iPhone 6 from them in 2015, good price however slow shipping as from China (don’t let the UK in the name fool you).

It was the Chinese model so just came with a Chinese plug & uk adapter (not a big deal if you have another wall to usb plug).

Something to note is (I think due to anti-voyeur laws in that part of the world) there was no way to mute the camera shutter sound when taking a photo. Again not usually a big issue as I don’t take many discreet photos, but it did start to grate on me after a while, especially as they introduced the burst photo mode which sounded like a machine gun going off.

Customer services weren’t much help but did offer to refund if I sent back to china, which would cost in the region of £110. So order at your own risk.
Samsung s9 from e-global goes hot, SHOCK!!!
