NON EU DEVICE PHONE NO APPLE UK WARRANTY CAREFULL GUYS

Stupid quote already. Apple products has International warranty; I have repaired iPad, bought in Malaysia. Also iPhone 6, bought in UAE and MacBook Air, bought in China was repaired under warranty in the UK - no questions asked.

Very good price, but I wouldn't bother to post here on HUKD, as eGlobal is hated here, unfortunately.

Which payment method is safer when buying from these guys with bad reviews? Credit car or paypal?

Credit card. I have ordered goods, worth over £5k from these guys with "bad reviews" and had not a single problem with them. Delivery can take some time sometimes(longest wait - 5 weeks) but always comes in perfect condition. Can't fault them.

Strewth - That many repairs? Not very reliable, are they?

3 repairs in 11 years - well, not that much, I would say. Especially when things are used daily, not just sitting on a shelf and collecting dust. But Apple is best of all for repairs - my iPhone and iPad were replaced by new ones. Try this with Samsung...or Sony....they will find n excuses not to repair at all..
Please don’t buy. This vendor located in China, honestly I’m a Chinese, I knew they have very bad reputation. And they probably shipped from China, you will be charged custom fee, and since the market in China is chaotic, you got chance to buy a refurbished phone.
is there import tax on top of this price?

NO
+ 40% import tax. Cold
struggling sales and rumours of Apple ditching it this summer . The ugly notch has proved off putting esp in Chinese market and apple rumoured to be releasing notch free new models possibly Autumnthis year .

Definitely pay with a credit card then the card issuer has a responsibility for issues that may arise such as non delivery/dead on delivery. They are also responsible for warranty issues too but as this is an apple product, then apple's global warranty will apply (used this a couple of times)

Wake up pal! Nonsense. I have got 200+ packages - not a single one had VAT added!

Apple will be replacing it in the autumn just like they do every year so production will be curtailed in the summer, but that's not really news! It's the screen size not the notch that is hampering sales in China so they will also introduce a bigger screen version.

According to a report in the FT today apple is about to set a new record for profitability, driven predominantly by sales of the X (they shipped 29 million in Q4 2017)

I‘ll admit I’m surprised by this but happy it’s worked out for them. Just wish the X was a bit cheaper

That'll be why apple shares have tumbled and reports in Japanese media ,picked up by uk media later of a production level halved due to poor sales.

??????? There will be an updated Xs or whatever it's called come October just like there was a 6s and 7s. The only difference to previous years is that the current X won't continue in the range at a lower price point as that would conflict with other models being introduced at the same time. Sometimes you need to read beyond the headline !!
Took the plunge and ordered a couple of weeks ago. Received my 'dispatch email' around 4 days after ordering, expecting to receive the phone 7-14 days later. To my surprise the phone was delivered 3 days later! The iPhone came in an ENGLISH box with an apple UK PLUG INSIDE THE BOX AS STANDARD. Very happy with my purchase. Thanks OP!
