I ordered this on the last deal. Went for very good condition. The screen had a deep mark across it and had been dropped causing screen bleed on one corner. No issues with customer service and returning the good was nice and easy except you can’t actually talk to anyone it’s all web chat. For the extra £70 I would go with the pristine one

Shame, these were £335 last time the code was live

Actually, that was locked so good for the unlocked version

I got a “Good” one last time (slightly cheaper), back of device was perfect, some light scratches on the screen but nothing to worry about. Very happy, free returns if you’re not happy with it.
Pot luck really I’ve ordered 2 good a 7 and an X and both have been in perfect condition the only thing to let you know it was used was the battery condition

Take it to Apple and moan about the touch sensitivity and they’ll replace the panel out of warranty - there is an active Quality Program for the X.

Thank you. I’ve already been onto them online to check it’s not already been done. I’ve not used the phone yet as I was waiting to see if Black Friday or Cyber Monday brought up better deals or an XS but I think I’ll keep this one.

If I can get it replaced it’ll look like new!
Isn’t it an iPhone 9?

Thank you for the info on this and the original thread that I bought it from.

I genuinely had some issues when setting it up last night, booked in with the local repair centre and by lunchtime today had got a new screen. Phone looks brand new now.

You’re welcome. As someone who had one fail that I paid full price for, I think we are owed it!
