A good deal doesn't always = the best deal, and those very unlikely and rare one offs can hardly prevent other deals from being good, surely?

That deal for £329 was all the way back in Nov 2019 and it was also a one-off.

This is a good price compared to other retailers right now - that is how deals generally work.

Yes it was.
I bought the 128gb XR in black from Germany last month. Be aware the charging cable will be a European plug. We have other XR phones in the house so we have chargers already x

Well thanks for explaining that. I do understand how deals work. I simply made a point from my own perspective.
Love my xr still going strong had since Black Friday 2018
Why do o2 do these type of deals? Its becoming common practice to cancel the contract and just pay for the handset. Why would anyone buy the phone from the shop if they can do this o2 thing.

Yes got one from o2 last year
At the same time as that XR deal, you could pick up a Galaxy S9 for £170. O2 had a lot of happy customers that day
