This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Good deal here, I'll add more info in a bit
3405896.jpg
Then follow this as a guide, thanks to @razo again

1. Follow link in switchy's deal

2. Scroll down to where it says "pay for your device in full". Try not to get distracted by headache. Click on "see our plans". Unless you actually want a new contract, choose the one that says 1gb, £356 upfront, £17 monthly. If you can't see that option, look harder, it's right in front of you.

3. Do you have a PAC? If so, why? You're doing it wrong. If not, click on "I don't have a PAC". Make more coffee.

4. Await delivery.

5. If you want to move your existing SIM and number and contract to the new phone, use the little pin, take out the SIM. And put it in new phone. Nothing to do with PAC.
6. Find (or order) an unused SIM from another network (e.g. three because that's easy).

7. Put the o2 SIM that you got with the phone, in the phone, and text STAC to 75075. Wait for the code and write it down.

8. Go on three's website and fill in the form to use the STAC (or if a SIM from any other network then maybe have to ring them to use STAC).

9. Wait 1-2 days for the STAC to process and check that the o2 SIM card no longer gets a signal. If it still does, the STAC process went wrong, curse a lot, and phone O2 to cancel. The first person you speak to will be wrong. Phone again until you get someone who understands their own terms and conditions. Or, try the STAC process again.

10. The first month's bill from O2 will come out of your account. Don't panic. DONT WHATEVER YOU DO CANCEL YOUR DIRECT DEBIT.

11. After a month, go on web chat with O2 and say you want a refund of the credit on your bill.

Seems a lot of hassle for a used phone when you've been able to get it …Seems a lot of hassle for a used phone when you've been able to get it brand new for £100 more.

£100 is £100, maybe you would be better using another site where you don't save any money

Wow, I'd say no, apple fans maybe yes.
Is this unlocked?
Take pictures like a pro? Ultra wide angle lens?

Think that’s referring to the 11 pro not XS. Needs editing

Done.
"Take pictures like a pro, with the 48MP camera’s ultra-wide angle lens. See more on the 6.15 inch display. And get more done with the fast charging, long lasting battery."

Definately not an iPhone Xs description

£530 Upfront, should be £569

That’s the max it would let me add up to.

Good way for O2 to generate interest in their site 🤪
Seem to be around this price refurbished on ebay anyway... will drop again to this price whenever there's a 5 or 10% code it seems

I recently purchased this brand new for £500 (which is a HUGE deal and saved me loads of money thank you), for me having a NEW phone with 12 month Apple guarantee and 12 month free Apple TV is worth the extra over a USED phone, plus I didn't have to play games with o2 for a month!

I switched from P30 Pro to this (prefer iOS) and the only differences I notice are camera (slighly) and battery life (a lot)
I'm always put off by their definition of 'Like New'
Like New devices are not brand new, but they’re not far off. The only difference is that they may have some wear and tear and superficial scratches, but there will be no more than five deep scratches or chips up to 2mm in length. We’ll make sure every device is loaded up with the latest operating system and rigorously tested before being re-packaged in an O2 box for whoever gets in first. Plus you’ll get a 12 month warranty to put your mind at ease.

5 deep scratches in the screen is not 'Like New'!

So where have you seen this "5 deep scratches" constituting "L:ike new" ? eBay ?

I got my Sony Xperia 1 "Like New" from O2 and it was immaculate. Nothing with it, but phone was perfect.

That quote is taken from the O2 site linked to in the deal (to the left of the O2 guru video). I'm sure many people get devices in very good condition, but there is still a chance you will get a scratched/chipped device and have to go through the hassle of returning it.
