One day everyone will realise that advice like this eventually killed all …One day everyone will realise that advice like this eventually killed all competition on Amazon. Its hard to make a profit on Amazon as it is - they often make more for the referral fee than the seller makes on the product. If you were happy with the price when you bought it then dont worry about it, the seller isnt obliged to pay for your return as nothing wrong with the product. so it will still cost you and sending a £600 item fully insured isnt cheap and could go missing in transit.

This site is about saving money though, so £15 may not seem much to you, but may be quite a bit to someone else regardless of the price of the phone, they can at least ask, no harm in that?

Return it and buy this one if they won't... Amazon is super easy and quick for returns and refunds 😁
Super hot deal Switchy especially for a 256gb 🏻 🏻
£540ish for the 64gb versions... Only 1 gold left in stock on those
It was £619 last time you posted, then it was £612 yesterday and now £603 so I'll wait for it to go under £600 then I'll place my order

Mine arrived yesterday. Scratched all over the screen!
Price of the Gold 256GB has already increased by 5p to £606 in the past 30 minutes.

Seriously that bad? And they have the cheek to advertise as "Renewed products work and look like new." ?

I contacted them right away, they asked for the pictures which I provided. Just waiting for them to reply back.

Not to mention that I ordered the Gold colour, but it came in the box from Silver colour.
i bought the xs and mine was mint no scratches plus 95% battery ..i was going to buy the xs max i had it before and it made my fingers hurt just too big

I bought on the last deal for £619 and very happy at that price. Mine was pristine with 100% battery life so no point risking to save a few quid. Not good to see others receive subpar phones
What does renewed mean?! Sorry if I’m being dumb(excited)

Heat added! Ordered, hopefully I can get a mint one. Also there are XS 256gb for £550, which isn’t bad at all

Ordered same one few days back with similar Amazon offer, returning as it is heating up a lot..came only
Phone and charging cable as advertised. The phone looks good, has 95% battery but heats up..ready packaged for return now..may be one off
Amazing price
The hilarious thing is that I ordered my mum an iPhone XS Max 256gb from MusicMagpie for £634 the other day but the deal was COLD. It arrived in mint condition

'Box and accessories (no headphones included) may be generic' Mine just came in a plain white box. Guess renewed phones were never coming with the original box. Shame you got one like that though.

Sorry about that buddy 😔
So aren’t you voiding the Apple warranty in the initial instance as the repairs or work carried out are done by someone who are NOT Apple certified

The phones a year old anyway, so will probably be out of warranty

Unlucky mate, I managed to pick mine up today the max 256 silver version, and can confirm I will described as A- grade.
Screen and back looked brand new no scratch . Battery check is good.
Only complaint so far, some slight 'Blemish" around the silver edge showing minor signs of use or case scratching, hence the A- otherwise almost A grade. Need more time to test the phone thoroughly.
Thanks ops for the 'previous deal'
Please also be mindful, just yesterday one of my friend went to Apple for trade in the iPhone X which was bought few months back as the renewed(similar to this deal) and Apple denied the trade in as the parts inside were not apple certified..not sure how this can be validated..
Surprised you didn't notice this deal from yesterday MrSwitch.
I wasn't sure whether to post it or not as the word Renewed, smelled of cold votes
I bought one of these. I am very skeptical of 'refurbished' or 'renewed' products. Does anyone have positive results from this?
Hot hot hot.
Bought a few for fleabay.

Kindest regards
Renewed? What the hell is that?
