Good price...if there was actually any stock
Certainly not a 5th Generation Intel Processor

Argos got it wrong it is an 8th Y series Processor

Excellent Price. Got one recently for about £100 more and don’t regret it at all.....
Great price
I just sold my 2017 Macbook air for £550 which I got new on a very deal for £749 2 years ago . So shows you how much they hold there value even with such low specs .

The specs maybe low but the retina screen is a premium display that blows away most expensive laptops. Also has one of the highest nits on laptop displays.

The battery is second to none compared to laptops.

Who cares about specs when a low powered Mac can bully around a windows laptops.

The screen was terrible on the Macbook air 2017 .
Barely full HD .
And also struggled with 4K film editing.
That's why I got shut .
My new iPad pro is far faster .
Apologies, didn't notice it was a MacBook Air. Although I stand correct if it was MacBook Pro or 2018+ MacBook Air.

Resolution of 2017 air was 1440x900, so not even getting close to full HD
The 2017 air is still a better bet than this in my opinion (with the screen being the notable exception).
The 2017 has USB ports (most external drives still use USB), an SD card slot, better/more reliable keyboard, Magsafe power adaptor, easier to repair/upgrade SSD/RAM/battery and is cheaper.

Yes I know , it was very poor .
Especially for the cost new on release .
I new it would get £480 to £550 as that's what all of them have fetched on Ebay when I was checking before I sold . It's just apple products hold value , with old specifications.
Look at an old iPhone 7 plus in great condition, goes for over £160 , it's a 3 year old phone .
You can get a good Xiaomi new for that with better specs .
