I take it you didn't learn to read either? He sold the free wireless Beats for £120.

I wouldn’t buy it myself but for someone on the market for one of these, it’s a pretty impressive discount. Looks like a proper full wattage CPU as well unlike the low voltage crap you find in most of the laptops (including the Air and the Entry level pro).

it is a 2016 model

No, but only a relatively minor update for 2017, looks identical.

It’s a previous gen. The latest one is 3.1Ghz, this one is 2.9

This is the 2016 model, same as the one posted about a month ago. Good deal IMO. Voted hot.

I'm almost certain that all the i5's in Pro's are a "U" chip, so it is exactly the "low voltage crap" that you refer to.

They're actually pretty powerful and efficient, I'd prefer a U with decent battery life, over a high powered power slurper.

It's the same deal so its not cool to repost unless something has changed, which isn't the case.

good luck, no way I am not gonna allow currys to gamble with my order, there is always 50% chance, either you receive or not but not with my money.

They're posting a deal that is currently on, so it's irrelevant whether there was a deal back on in Aug or last week! This deal stands, so get over it.

Nae need to get your panties in a twist, I was just saying it's not a deal when it's been posted previously and that deal hasn't expired either.

Gone for one... Oh dear!

Good deal indeed
I got one with 10% student discount and free wireless Beats (flogged it for £120)

I would always give heat for apple products so it covers for the people that vote cold because it’s apple

Won’t bother they’ll only cancel the
Order !

Cracking deal. Curious as to why the 2015 version had 16gb ram while this only has 8gb. Does this have a better processor?

Latest version here: …Latest version here: https://pulseteck.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=155Price is very decent. Not sure if its imported stuff.

That to me looks like a scam site - I really wouldn't expect to get the goods.

Went for the Curry's deal as I've spent a year using windows and really prefer using a mac for my personal stuff...

Nice laptop but still ridiculously overpriced for what it is.

One for Apple fanboys (or fangirls) only.

Or try this one at John Lewis 2017 model just a smaller hard drive. m.johnlewis.com/201….ds

It didn't as standard, but you could opt for 16gb

I have here the HP i5 from the deal on Tuesday, RRP was about £850, it's like something out of a Kinder Egg compared to my MacBooks, no exaggeration. These things are epic, honestly.

That's the base model, no Touch Bar, only 2 USB C sockets (rather than 4), 128gb storage as you say etc.

This deal is far superior to it, the 2016/2017 thing really isn't a big deal.

Good idea

The HP is just 'stock'.

p.s. notice no iPhone! I'm not that much of an Apple fanboy.
