I buy lots of these, they are always this price.

Its been this price for ages

The anniversary edition dropped to £10

Standard price but it is much better value than the Apple store's offerings so I am voting hot.

You can get these for around £4 on eBay if you can wait for shipping from HK/China.

is this active or passive? anyone

I have this and it works great, nice quality from Neet too. Though not really a deal as such.

I have it too, connected to a thunderbolt port. Audio pass through worked flawlessly too, as expected.

cold - it's just a connector, search for 'hdmi display port' on eBay and you'll find the same thing for £5 delivered. i've bought a few off ebay, no problems.

this one is £4.95 delivered. i got one recently.

i dunno if it does thunderbolt and lightning. i haven't tried it as it's very very frightening

That one is a DVI to HDMI. The one posted is for later Mac models which have a Mini Display port instead, not that different but the DVI one won't work.

If you're buying one make sure you get the right one. All of the Mini Display ones seem to be more expensive, around the £10 mark.

Yeh I know, I only realised at the last minute. Nearly bought the wrong cable completely myself.

Will this work with my MacBook pro 2011 model bought in June this year looking for HDMI cable as well what's difference between this one and one from apple just branding?
