APPLE PENCILS - FULL BOX - 110 x STICKS! @ AMAZON / O.P HEALTHCARE - £7.41

These are usually 3 for £3 in the supermarkets with 10 in a pack, working out at 10p a pencil.

This deal puts each pencil at just under 7p a pencil! These pencils are slightly more than double the length of the supermarket varieties.

The pencils (in this quantity), come in a vacuum sealed hard plastic sweet shop container. They taste delicious and will last ages as the expiry date is July 2014.

Enjoy!

Link?

vegetarian?

They're 3 for a £1 in most shops so using your maths the store bought ones are 3.33p per pencil, even if yours are double length that makes it 6.67p per pencil still cheaper than your amazon deal
Cold from me would've been nice if your facts were right before posting

I bet Samsung make these cheaper, COLD!

What if these are also wider? Say they're double the width and length, then they'd be 8 times as large.

It's £5.35 for 50.

Sorry but its not really a "deal" as worker out above.
Unless they actually taste nice unlike supermarket tosh then its rubbish.

Hmmm, vote cold and it puts 4 degree ON heat!!!

That's great maths! Did you use a calculator or just guess?

Presumably it refreshes - so 5 people voted hot whilst you voted cold.

I've ordered some as my kids are doing ART and drawing classes and get through a lot of pencils.

Are these official Apple iPencils?

Well the consensus here is that 3 packs (of 10) cost £1 is the supermarket price
Hence 30 sweets cost £1
Therefore 1 sweet cost 3.33'p.
Yeah the post looks wrong but he is saying 3 packs of 10

NOT SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS for those who want to know. I looked on the Hannah website which is the brand of these sweets.

The following review springs to mind...
amazon.co.uk/gp/…pdp

I bought some sherbet DibDabs from this seller recently. Made me laugh that it appears to be some sort of health care centre sending sweets.

Yes i am replying, still don't see where my maths messed up - ok a bit odd doing maths on a deal but my reasoning is purely why vote a deal hot when it costs MORE than any other shop?

Asda (or even tesco) sell 3 packs for £1 - that is 30 sticks for £1 - which works out as 3.33p per stick. To then get 110 sticks (or if they're double the size 220 = £7.33) works out as £3.66

Also at least with Asda we can get any flavours we like rather than being limited to just apple. Voted cold as cannot see where this is a hot deal. I thought this was a deals site? Must've been mistaken

Maths Boy strikes again - shazzam!

Your maths is correct, don't know what everyone doesn't understand.

However, I've not seen anywhere that sells 30 of the big pencils like this for £1. The cheapo supermarket sweets usually sell laces or the tiny, tiny pencils. They're not the same as this.

I thought it was a picture of asparagus! Never heard of apple pencils.

Where'd that first comment disappear to? Makes the first two posters look a tad bizarre.

Cold. Not kosher.
