Stainless steel....

But as an owner of a Ceramic Apple Watch.... its not worth spending the money as Apple do not offer a service that lets you upgrade the internals. You may as well get the Aluminium version....
Anyone know of and good series 3 deals 42mm? Don’t mind refinished.
Steel models are very heavy compared with aluminium. I much prefer the lighter aluminium and less shiny appearance.
How’s people getting on with the steel v alloy.
Both subject to scratches
I’m contemplating buying a series 5 even though never owed one

To me, the aluminium felt cheap and light, didn’t really enjoy wearing it. The steel feels nice to wear and looks good. Feels like a watch, not a gadget. The glass is also sapphire on the steel, so has a big effect on the look of the watch.

It all depends what you want it for, aluminium if you’re keen on just the functionality. Steel if you want that and a nice feeling looking watch too. I’d only get steel on a heavy discount. That said, series 6 is due in a few months, I would wait for that, then decide series 6 or series 5 steel discounted.
Wow. I paid £295 for my Series 4 cellular. Shocking deal!
