    I have just bought a series 7 45mm cellular for £335 from John Lewis with 2yr guarantee. Actually bought it because I like how the colour looked online - I was slightly disappointed when I got it because in reality it is VERY dark and looks very similar to the midnight colour. So if you are tempted to buy one but are put off by the colour have a look in person - you may be surprised.

    So tempted but i can’t think of a single use other than i just like tech… maybe next year.

    True not for everyone but for me it wakes me up , really did help in losing weight with four inches off the waist , saves on phone battery as you may use the watch for various tasks like reply in messages & even call if u want . I like the fact it’s actually saved peoples lives eg blood oxygen level check , irregular heart rate & even the new satellite connection feature even on the £270 watch SE . I’m on my 3rd since the start & I find it more vital than the phone .

    Nike Starlight also available at this price. Tempted as a birthday present for my Wife. Birthday in July. Will the S8 get within £50 of this between then and now I wonder?

    Edit to add I ended up biting the bullet, with 4 months interest-free via PayPal credit & 1150 Avios through BA estore. Scheduled for delivery on Monday. (edited)

    Didn’t buy one under the Clover deal posted the other day as I managed to convince myself I wouldn’t like the colour and should stick with my white/rose gold Garmin 4S.

    I am confused whether to buy this or Garmin Forerunner 245. I mostly need smart watch to observe my sleep/heart/running/stress. Not worried about payment/phone functionalities.

    Garmin better for battery life, not sure if heart rate monitor is accurate as I understand previous models weren't so good.
