Excellent price for a 4 sharp star helmet. To get to the delivered price apply discount code UKGD at checkout which was sent to me as a regular customer but it should work for any body.

There seems to be good sizes left. Worth looking through the Arashi section as there is some really good deals on there

Do you own or work for Ghostbikes ? Most of your posts seem to be advertising their stuff.

No I don't, wish I did, but I am a regular customer and proud

How much do you think your head is worth....there's a reason why Shoei and Arai cost a good bit more....£14.99 to protect your head when you hit the road surface.....don't think so...life is worth more than that....

hopefully any other bikers on here will confirm what I say.

Surely that's what the star rating is for?

Most things seem to be quite cheap but on 'pre order'. Anyone with other good bike clothing store links? topgearsuperstore or something is meant to be good

it's also true that you get what you pay for....as I say, how much is your head worth, I know I wouldn't feel comfortable on my VFR with a £15 helmet....stars or no stars....

Surely if something is 4 stars, it's 4 stars though?

I understand that the prices are different, but isn't this because of better materials (weight, etc) and style?

Infact, scrap the above. I agree with you to an extent

I kind of agree with the comfort part. I have two lids and both cost about £250 BUT I see no reason why this is not a usable lid. In fact I'm tempted to get one just for short trips. I also like Ghostriders.com ,had some bargain goodies of them in the past.

I fully agree with you on this. The star rating system is usefull if you are looking at a couple of different lids and you can't make up your mind, but in saying that how they fit your head is just as important. I personally can't wear Arai or Shoe cause they don't fit my head shape but Roof and AGV's fit well.

I'm currently on an AGV Ti-tech which I paid around £300 for, the cheapest was my first helmet which was an AGV top vent at around £130. Personally I'd never pay less than £100 for a lid (regardless how many stars it go when tested).
