I love the picture of the family enjoying a lovely Sunday afternoon with the Dad sending a hadouken in to the Mums face whilst they all lol together, i think the dart board may need repositioning tho.

Thanks so much for posting! I can now relive my teenage years.

Only if you have shrunk considerably since then
Junk, garbage, waste of space. Nothing like the size or quality of a real arcade cabinet, after half an hour you would seriously regret your purchase. Buy a real 2nd hand unit if you must.
Purchased to go with my other two cabinets.

If I had the room, I'd get both...
was having my daily checking for price drops and noticed the drop and was going to post the deal, oh well as usual the speed of hukd poster is astonishing.

finally down to a more realistic/worthy price point, a biting point for many.

They are tiny. unless you live in a shed you have the room.
Depth, 17cm?
One old game for £200?
I'm out, but can see the appeal if you absolutely adored the original and want to relive the Good ol days

It’s not one game.
Personally I'd pick the Space Invaders cabinet since the calibre of stick and buttons on these cabinets would make playing SF too unresponsive and frustrating. Besides, while SF is iconic, Space Invaders is it.
shame they don't have the Gauntlet/Rampage/Joust/Defender one..
Wow, Think I prefer Space Invaders if it includes Galaxian, I think it was called Usually a table top game. Original Space Invaders is/was rubbish

I'd love one of these (Space Invaders) - just wish I had a extra £199.60 spare. Will have to put up with my Mini Arcade for the time being (they can be modded to play 4 games)

Street fighter has 2joysticks , so could be used with Robotron

i would take it apart stick in a raspberry pi or tinkerboard and conect upto existing lcd screen
and run retro pie
I think they're great. Most second hand arcades of these classics will cost considerably more than these £200 - £300 units.

Waiting for final fight and MK collection next.

when did you buy them? did they come with the deck protectors inside the box or do you have to contact them?

and yeah also interested in the MK & FF cabs if they make it over here, but again 300 or above would be too high imo. Oh and we're still waiting for the risers, and maybe also the stools to make it complete setup.

I got them from Costco before Christmas. The protectors came in the post two weeks later. I didn’t have to contact them.

Just a thought, but if you put something big enough underneath then it would probably solve the height issue.
Nice find OP, although for me personally it would have to be around the £100 mark as there are numerous issues with various units which would need some fettling. Plenty of advice on hacks and upgrades available so you certainly could improve the standard unit.

With and without the optional riser.

1up compared to standard jamma cabinet.

so costco passed your details to arcade1up/sambro and they automatically sent you the protectors without you asking? most advice/reviews given online seem to be you have to email them and wait weeks/months to get them?

as the deck seems to rub off quite easily, don't want to do serious plays before installing the protectors but having to wait weeks/months...

Seems a bit steep for a half arcade. Surly nowadays they could at least of put 10 classics on it??? I’d then of been tempted for the man cave!!
Is there anyway you could put more games on this?
If only I had the room for these, I would definitely buy them

That's what happened. Wasn't sure what it was at first as I wasn't expecting a delivery.
Not sure if the same would happen with Debenhams.

Probably cheaper and less hassle to just buy a generic Jamma cab with the original CRT and just put a pc in with a mame front end on? You’ll need a kick harness too tho I think.

i have a Sega Naomi with both motherboards (1&2) that I can swap in or I can just run mame.
Buy it and converter for the LCD and stick retro pi in it
if it bigger be worth it for the cabinet alone .

Massive scam and terrible value for just one game ~IMO
Looks awfully umcomfortable to use.

My back is creaking just thinking about it.

Space invaders was the first popular arcade machine for many.
It was the first arcade machine you would find people queuing up to play in the pub. You would find people putting their coin on the machine to be next game, just like you did on the pool table. If not for space invaders i doubt the arcade machines would have taken off at all.
For you maybe sf but you are obviously younger than me.
Many pubs would put time limits on players to avoid arguments and stop the guy who would put his coin in and play one game for hours.
The big deal was to fill all of the top 10 high scores with your name.
Space invaders is the iconic machine.
Oh, but this is too small!!!!!

I was all over this until I realised it wasn't full size. Still cool though!
I was interested until I saw the actually size of it ........ I'd want something at least close to full size.
Would love one of these with The Simpsons, Turtles, X-Men arcade games on it!
