Probably the best price right now, has seen £35 a few months ago.

Now I like a Laphraoig...but the Ardbeg 10 is far better ( 46% , natural colour and non chill filtered)
It is however generally £10 more, but worth it imo

Ardbeg 10 is a fantastic whisky but it regularly hits £37 in Sainsbury’s and other supermarkets so not particularly a bargain.

Probably, but didn't see any recent post, so...
Yes a good price but frequent. Whisky only bettered by Laphroaig 10YO. Heat

Ooh, close call I'd say. Laphroaig 10 is excellent (even better when it's at £28, as it is now).

I love peaty smoky whisky and a big fan of both. To me ardbeg is more refined and not as harsh. Worth paying a little more for IMHO.
I love this stuff. It is on sale often enough that I'd never consider paying 40+ for it, but am always happy to find out when it's this price as it's a good excuse to get more. I also like Laphroaig but it can taste like bandaids over a campfire. Everyone has their own preference which is great as we then get a much wider range of whiskys.

Memorable review!! I'm curious what you think Lagavulin tastes like?!
Ardbeg 10 is a great whisky and oddly refreshing. Waiting on a good Ardbeg Uigeadail offer.
Personally I think there is absolutely no contest between Laphroaig 10 and Ardbeg 10. The 40% bottling of the Laph severely restricts it. Ardbeg 10yr is my favourite whisky, so I am biased, and for those saying £37 is an average deal, well yeah it drops to this point regularly, but Ardbeg 10yr at £37 represents the best pound-for-pound bargain in the whiskey industry, because this is a whiskey that kicks the crap out of drams that cost more than a hundred pound more. Heck Ardbeg 10yr is better than most of Ardbeg's own more expensive bottlings.

Always happy to wait for Laphroaig QC to be discounted. A more wild offering than the tamed 10 version.
Is it still this price or has it expired?
