Thank you OP
Oo..I *am* a smoothie lover! Thank you
Interesting book. It looks like a printed version of the old MealMaster recipe database which isn't a bad thing. Too many modern cookbooks have huge photos and loads of blank space to hide the lack of actual revipes. Now all I need to do is nip down to Asda for some collard greens and chunks of cactus with Cilantro.

Here's what I do:

Get the frozen berries from Iceland. It's like 500g (?) for £1.50, that'll make you quite a lot of smoothie in 2 batches. Add filtered water, a little sugar to taste, and dried goji berries / acai powder / fresh grapes or of course your preferred fruit if you like. Add a bit of oatmeal for slow energy release and to make it a proper breakfast.

You'll want to boil a little of your filtered water to help defrost the berries, or just let them sit if you like. Frozen berries are supposed to hold more vits than fresh, because they are preserved more fresh.

Blend it up (any old blender will do as long as it has a large mixing bowl) and enjoy.

EDIT given further consideration and consultation I take back the sugar part. If you want it sweeter maybe try stevia. Sugar is not good.
