looks like water speakers
I want some but put off from bad reviews for peppercorns not working in them
I did have one similar to these for ages until it just gave out (probably through over use !).

I wouldn't pay this much for two though.
How much did you pay ?
Bought a pair of Salter Salt and Pepper Grinders before Xmas and they are excellent and have base caps to stop any salt and pepper residue falling on your table when not in use.

Best price I’ve seen is Amazon with Prime for £19.40 but if your after a great salt and pepper grinding set spend a little more and get something that works. Alternatively wait for a sale as I got my set for around £12.

The Salter ones are pretty pricey from Argos, even with the discount.

Just bash the peppercorns a bit before you put them in. A piece of A4 paper folded over and a rolling pin works wonders.

Surely defeats the purpose of having grinders no? :P
I got given some similar to this and hate them. Barely any space to hold salt/pepper because they take 4 AA batteries EACH. This makes them so top heavy they topple over all the time. Thanks to the battering half the time the bottom bit falls out now, usually into food, and they ain’t easy to clean.

We’ll be finding these in scrap heaps for centuries

Agreed Argos are pricey, try Amazon at the moment much cheaper.
I’ve had many different electric mills and they all break after a few months.
I am sure you can buy these cheaper at Ann summers and the batteries would be included
