Looks nice, simple and clean.
Even though Argos furniture quality is horrendous, the price is good and worth a shot imo
Brilliant value considering the small side table is £10! argos.co.uk/pro…900
Good for a rental property. Don't let water sit on it - the veneer peels easily. But at £10 or so, most tenants won't argue if you charge them for a replacement.

Rephrase: All landlords "shouldnt" charge if their £10 table messes up due to wear n tear.
Tell me, fine fellow, is this the Arthur Negus range?

Leaving spilt water on it is not wear and tear.

I'm not a landlord, but why shouldn't landlords charge for damage to their property (where reasonable)?
We had this, really flimsy, the bookcase is a lot more sturdy. We ended up replacing it after a few months.
So ugly.
