Thanks, x
DOH!! Just bought these last weekend!!
Do remember, these are small.
I was flicking through the feed and thought they were TRVs.
These are great until your cat figures out how to operate them...

If you keep your receipt- buy them again and then return the one that you bought last with old receipt😄
Bought similar brown / bronze versions not so long ago. They are lightweight and fairly small but look good for the money and the touch feature works well.
We have these and they flicker like mad with a dimmable halogen globe.
Great find purchased, just what i needed for my bedroom
WARNING!!!
I have had these, they are not really good as they look. In fact i would say are poor quality.
I would normally say you get what you pay for or value for money but i cant even say this for these thats how bad they are.
But thats my HO
Hideous
Nice. Ordered a couple of sets for my furniture-less house!
Have had these in a different shade lamp for a couple years. They are good but the bulbs pop every couple months, good to have a backup supply for them
I have bought a set of these, and BOTH of them make a buzzing noise that's really hard to hear, but irritating once you hear it. It goes away when it's on full brightness, but on the first/second tap, the noise is there. Tried different bulbs.

Other than that, they work really well if you want them fully bright all the time, which isn't a bad thing.

I have these and have the exact same thing. Constant buzzing all the time whilst on.

Im getting this too
Avoid these, returned two sets of them as they broke after a couple weeks of use. Also make a very subtle but annoying buzzing sound...
Had mine 3 years only one bulb change and no buzzing, maybe they're of a different quality now.
It's getting tough to find bulbs for these now. I've got similar older ones, almost the same as these. But because they are phasing halogen bulbs out, you'll be hard pressed to find any.
I don't know how many sets of touch lamps I've had o er the years, but always the same problem, they seem to just blow !! I've.changed the bulb and fuse but they still don't work. Does anyone else have this bother?
Brought thanks op. Been looking fit touch lamps so brought 2 sets.

Had similar with some from B&Q a while back. I think we had 3 or 4 and they all ended feeling very tingly when you touched them so they got binned.

I had these lights, they both made a buzzing noise when on and one started to smoke giving off a strong electrical fire smell. May have just been a bad batch but took them back the next day.
I don't know if it was widespread but a few days ago I got a £5 off £10 voucher from ebay so bought these via the Argos ebay store with collect from store to save postage so only cost me £6.25. They do look cheap but that isn't a great surprise given the price. I bought twin pack 5W LED dimmable candle bulbs from Sainsburys for £5 and haven't noticed any buzzing.
If you want a dim light at night do you have to then cycle through the other light settings to turn it off ?
from memory I think it is dim, bright, dim, off so if you first cycle to second dim the next touch would be off. I'm not home to double check.
