Excellent warranty if enforceable, but let down by smallest dimension being a massive 50% over Ryanair hand luggage max permissible size. HomeBargains' wheeled bag is only 40g heavier and fits Ryanair HL requirements, £8.99 (instore only) homebargains.co.uk/pro…spx
Ah. The old single use holdall
The people at Guiness World Records must have an entire department to keep up with all these 'worlds lightest' suitcases and bags.
Weight 1.7kg.

not much good on thomson then, 5KG allowance

Doesn't fit the requirements of BA nor Easyjet either.

Am I missing something. This is a soft shell so "squashable". So as long as you don't pack it to brim - it will squeeze into the luggage size bin

You might as well use those heavy duty re-usable shopping bags that supermarkets sell.
I've read stories where soft luggage wasn't allowed to be squashed into the tester. I had to pay €30 to easyJet because of a jobsworth at Kos when I was using a soft bag with wheels that I'd been using for years. That's why I now use a solid bag they can't argue about

I assumed the brand name of this item was "IT World" and this was that brand's lightest case of that size. oO

I guess they want to stop people from just filling it up on the other side. Not sure how you'd do that though. It's not like there are any shops or anything where you could buy things to go over weight/size allowance...:{
