Even better
they're rubbish. I bought 4 of them last year. They're all broken now. The slats will snap. Buy cheap, buy twice.
didn't vote. It's cheaper than it usually is , therefore it's a deal (I don't downvote because I don't like something) but they're not good quality.

Maybe I am lucky. My wooden Venetian blinds lasted well over 10 years and my roller blinds are over 6 years old. All from Argos.

wood is fine ... as is aluminium. it's the PVC ones that are pants. We also have wooden ones, also from Argos, survived 4 years so far. The PVC ones didn't last a year. Even the one in a spare room.

PVC, unlike aluminium or wood, is materially affected by the UV in sunlight unless specifically formulated to resist degradation; it can also be affected by biological/microbial attack unless unplasticised (u-PVC/PVCu), especially in areas with humidity or heat. The result is a brittle, fragile plastic that breaks easily. As a designer I'd never use ordinary PVC as a material for blinds due to this.
