I wonder if you could use this as a coffee frother?

It is their standard price.
For the money you can't complain, but why buy a machine just for looks? it has to blend food?
It's only 170w which to put it mildly is rubbish.
for those that do buy it, its a good take the 3 year warranty for only £1.29 you will probably need it!

Point made and Rant over heat added!

Mine melted when I whizzed up soup that was too hot, get the extra warranty for 1.29 its worth it.

Good price. Don't bother with the extra warranty. It should be pretty safe at the back of the cupboard.

aldi do a set with a jug £11. I'd rather get aldi one as it has 3 year warranty.

will this work for small amounts of baby food please?

how can they sell a warranty when the sale of goods act states it has to work for a decent amount of time, in this case i'd have said more than a year.

Yes, we use one all the time. Need a decent jug though, preferably tall and thin so it doesn't splash, and one that doesn't scratch too easily.

Can this be used to make smooth Mash potato ?

thanks

I've one and tbh pay a little more for a better one. You can't uncut the end to wash it and I've nearly submerged the electrics on more then one occasion. Then trying to stand it up to dry is hard as top heavy

which do you recommend under £20 please?? xx

I had 2 of these - both burned out after a few minutes' use. I was doing no more than blending soft fruit with it. I wouldn't bother with the extended warranty - it'll never last that long.

dunno

The warranty covers if if you break by dropping it causing it to crack the casing.. its a similar warranty to what most retailers try to flog you.
