Cheap as chips. HOT PRICE!

But seriously, do yourself a favour, never ever buy an iron that doesn't have a ceramic sole.

Thought it was good. Thanks for the back-up.

We have one of these as a backup, nothing wrong with these

Bought for our Holiday and used two weeks ago. Its Rubbish in my Opinion. However at this price point you cant complain.

Spend 40 pounds and get yourself something decent that will last a few years instead.

I recommend the Tefal aquaspeed 260.

sometimes, you do get what you pay for !

For a few pence less (£3.84) you can get a similar one from Tesco, had one delivered with my groceries last week as back-up. Anyone interested search for 'Tesco Value steam iron' in the groceries section of their site. Would assume they're same price instore but not certain. A few more clubcard points.

Excellent. That's the missus' birthday sorted.

I don't think there is quidco for collect and reserve. Just online purchases itself

A new iron? What;s wrong with the old one? You're spoiling her...

My Morphy Richards steam generator broke last week and whilst waiting for it to be sorted out with the guarantee (and how slow are they!), I purchased one of these for the time being. It is excellent for the price - I was really impressed! Does the miserable job excellently!

£15-£20 will get you a decent iron.
No need to spend £40.

This is more than fine to do the job, don't need no fancy dancy iron with 2389234 buttons and funtions. Only annoying thing with this is the cord is quite short.

fantastic iron. we bought one when we were on holiday and were really impressed on how good it was for the money!!
