They claim it tastes like semi-skimmed... What does anyone here think?

I really like it
Plus it last for ages
It's nice milk. Definitely tastes like semi skimmed. Tasty
Because semi skimmed contains deadly levels of fat
Never understood the point of skimmed or even semi skimmed milk. Full fat doesn't actually contain that much fat... and a lot of people who get skimmed don't question having a chocolate bar of multiple packs of crisps or other unhealthy snacks every single day.
I drink red-top milk to help keep the calories down on fast days, but I do still eat butter, eggs, cream (in moderation, on cheat days).

Tried this recently and would buy it again - will pick it up when I'm due a new carton

This is not real milk! Go and buy some proper gold top and enjoy milk the way it is supposed to be enjoyed!

If your worried about weight, stop the sugar! Simple!
Been this price for Tesco for a good few weeks now
This seems to be on offer for £1 across a almost all supermarkets right now, must be a campaign from Arla

Ah yes, because sugar is surely the only food that has any calories

P.S blue top milk is disgusting. Makes the worst cup of tea ever.

Bought some today for a quid in Tesco, worth a try to see what it's like.

And don't you love all the nutritional experts spouting off on these sort of deals... Maybe we should all stop what we're doing and follow their astoundingly accurate advice, which they seem desperate to share with us all! Someone alert the scientists, nutritionists and doctors... We have experts galore right here!

PS: Blue top milk, great for indulgent drinks such as hot chocolate. Not so great to drink all the time!

I hope it meets your approval
hmm.

Arla BOB is .4g of fat per 100ml
whole is 3.7g per 100ml
grahams gold top is 5g per 100ml

Quite the difference if you ask me.

Dont get me wrong i love me some grahams gold top, but drinking a half the bottle is 25g of fat compared to 2g of this B.O.B, think ill try it out.

Have you ever considered that for some people the choice to drink semi skimmed or skimmed is because of the taste difference rather than purely nutritional? Personally I don't like whole milk, it's too creamy tasting and ruins a perfectly good cup of tea! It's just an added benefit that I get a bit of extra protein and a bit less fat in choosing to drink this

Also, thanks OP, this stuff tastes great so glad to see it reduced in Sainsbury's as well as Tesco!
