I agree, this is the milk I buy now. I’ve always been green top but I now prefer this. Good to know Iceland appear to be stocking it now. For a while there is was hard for me to get hold of locally as it was often out of stock.
I love milk no half water/half milk
This is brilliant milk, i know its hard to get that jazzed about milk but it tastes just like semi skimmed and its a bit healthier. Cant be bad.
Surely the advantage of Cravendale is that it's micro-filtered so it lasts longer. I see no claim that this is the same.

It mentions somewhat off handedly on the bottle that it is filtered. Arla make both this and Cravendale so presumably (but not definitely) a similar filtering process.

I don't use skimmed milk, but skimmed milk isn't just diluted regular milk.

It says on the carton to use within 7 days once opened, suggesting it's filtered like the other Cravendale milks.

... Why is it healthier?

Well, there is only trace fats over semi skimmed as well as approx 1/4 less calories than the semi skimmed variety. Milk in general is pretty healthy for you unless you opt for the (delicious) blue/gold top variety.

But although semi /skimmed are lower in fat and calories, they also have lower levels of fat-soluble vitamins, such as A and E, than whole milk. Horses for courses.

But fat is not inherently bad for you, nor does it make you fat. Caloric surpluses make you fat.

I'm amazed to see the lobbying by the sugar and treats industry from the 90s is still paying dividends.

I've had around 600ml of whole milk every single day for the last 3 years. Cholestrol is 4.2, blood sugar is flawless, blood pressure flawless, 15% bodyfat, perfect health!
Standard 4 pints £1.
