Armed Forces Day: Free carvery for all personnel Sat 24th June @ Toby Carvery
Armed Forces Day: Free carvery for all personnel
It’s Armed Forces Day on Saturday 24 June, so to show our support for all our fantastic military personnel, Toby Carvery will be serving free carvery dinners to members of the British Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force.
If this includes you, or someone you know, simply Get Your Voucher and show it when you order a roast or alternative main meal on 24 June, along with military ID or a Defence Privilege Card*.
Armed Forces Breakfast Club
For military personnel who can’t attend, your local Toby Carvery will be hosting a Veterans Breakfast Club all week from Monday 19th June until Friday 23 June, where former and current members of the Armed Forces enjoy breakfast for just £1 when booked in advance. Please make sure to show your valid Military ID, Defence Privilege Card or Veterans badge to enjoy this offer
Why would there be a student discount if it's for Serving and Ex Forces members?
Think i may have to go for my breakfast there instead of Ikea this week
Just a shame we don't see it more often would definitely make us think more of others and not the greed that drives practically everything nowadays.
Our emergency services have show themselves as heroes these last few weeks, it's a pity they haven't been included.
It's not 'free', it's good marketing and likely to deliver an overall profit due to extra business from people who approve of supporting the armed forces.
Like me :-)
Why be so cynical? Of course it is free; I may even dig out my veteran's badge and take advantage it it.
im in the military And a student
... but not studying English!
;-)
There's some **** idiots on here spouting a lot of **** that has nothing at all to do with either this website or this deal.
I don't agree with much of it and will not waste bandwidth in responding to some of the ridiculous stuff that has been posted. Also hope that Toby will have an Emergency Services offer of a similar nature in the near future.
I was in the Army ...
You'll be enjoying your Sunday dinner? What on a Saturday? 'Uneducated half wits'? You aren't kidding.
What does? :0 I don't like what our armed forces have to do for a living and would like to see and end to ALL war and the invasion of other people's countries for oil etc but the men and women that suit up deserve our respect for being fellow human beings let alone soldiers and if tobies or any other franchise decides to offer free food to servicemen on 'armed forces day' I don't see how that's is anybody else's business..
heated.
I think he's aware of what day it is! :0
The 'roast' is considered 'sunday dinner' in England.. I guess panda's are oblivious to this? It's a culture thing that is clearly getting lost
