'From' £29 to watch two meaningless pre-season warm up friendlies.

Cold for me. Another fan fleecing initiative.

It doesn't state it is a league game or champions league final........ It's a day out instead of sitting in your room playing the exact same matches on FIFA

Ok then, you're right. How dare I have the audacity to express an opinion.

Must dash, can't waste time on here when I could be 'sitting in my room playing Fifa'.

Miaow.

Not quite. £29 to watch two matches in one day featuring 4 top level teams that I cannot afford to see play league matches.

Take the kids and it's works out to be £21 each with the family deal - maybe it's a meaningless competition but it's still an opportunity to watch some football in one of the best stadiums in the UK. What's cold about that?

Texan is right. Great price, top teams from Europe.

heat added -excellent day out for kids as well...

My friend was going to buy a family ticket; anyone know if you get to see both matches for the price? The normal rate phone number seems to be not working...

Group of us going on Sunday 4th August. 8 tickets £25 each but after booking fee and postage each ticket cost £27.50. Not bad to watch two games in one day!! :-) this is going to be my 3 Emirates cup :-)

Register on the Arsenal web site and buy it online. One ticket and yes two games , bargain!!

Thanks, askim... Hope they are good games!

Do not agree with Arsenal asking Galatasaray to take part.

Not voting on this one.

Don't agree with Napoli being 'great European team' much ether Ajax, Psv, any French club (Psg are emirates after all) or a Spanish club!

Great deal personally. Some great players on show hopefully Napoli will keep Cavani before the match.

Hot from me...
The cheapest way to see a top flight team play at the Emirates/Etihad/WhateverItsCalled Stadium - have you seen the cost of a matchday ticket?

Vote cold on the deal if it can be beaten elsewhere, not because you don't like the teams or think it's a money-making scheme by their sponsor.

I've not seen the tickets cheaper anywhere else so gets hot from me (and I hate the Gooners!)

not the cheapest actually, you could get a league cup match for £10 at Emirates Stadium, and that is a much more competitive.

Arsenal, Galatasary, Napoli and Porto are all very well but where are these 'great European teams' you speak of?

Friendlies? What a waste of money.

Amazing deal, booked straight away, was just hard to find a place where there was two seats next to each other.

good deal but a few years ago real madrid and juventus were in the same tournament...quality of oppositon has dropped

Amazinggggggggggg

You just have to risk getting stabbed by Galatasaray fans

you are watching too much hooligan movies!

dasjoker

you are watching too much hooligan movies!

. Hooligan 'movies' !? You have obviously forgotten/unaware of the pitched battle in copenhagen some years ago when 3 arsenal fans were stabbed . And a few years earlier 2 leeds fans stabbed to death in turkey. Their reputation has hardly changed over the years.

Some people lack of knowledge offends me when it comes to football maybe not barca or madrid but its 2 games of solid europen teams. 29 pounds for 2 games you get experience a very well built stadium and sit back and relax in hopefully a sunny day. its a hot and great family day out.

This explains why there is no atmosphere in most Prem grounds any more.

They are full of Tarquins who like to admire well built stadiums.

29 quid for two friendlies? Sorry but I cannot see value in that.

I gave them the wrong email address by putting .com instead of .co.uk.............. Anyone know if you have to verify by email? If so I need to call them.

thanks

I have mixed feelings about these sorts of non competitive games. If they were on TV I’d have little interest in watching them as they tend to be fairly tame as there is little to play for. But if you live locally and support one of the teams and are taking children who usually tend to be less concerned about such things they seem a good day out.

£29 for 2 games against two European teams is value for money. As for the tarquins comment; I'd prefer to take my kids to a game we can enjoy that be sat next to a chubby irate person like you swearing at the ref, players and fans and calls that an atmosphere.

You are such a douche

You could argue its great value when you could pay around £50 to watch Arsenal play Hull next season.
Napoli has some great players, Cavan being one. Gala too, Drogba etc.... And you just know that Porto will have some players that will move to England/Spain for 30m in a couple of years.

Added to fact, some fans will want their football fix in the summer.

I am season ticket holder at the Emirates, and I can tell you it's great value.
You also get to see new signings (if we actually make any).

And whoever thinks these aren't top teams coming to London to play, you are very stupid.
