yer my asda has donr the same. i had one last year but the bigger one. (£30) it was so salty and over cured i returned it, it was uneatable.. i think this is the reason why again their is so many left over this year. i think they will be reduced again if your willing to wait.

Using these with a proper meat slicer is the best. It's overly salty if you cut too large a slice......as CURED may is supposed to be.
A lot left at my local also, will wait for £10 and strike.....would be super hot at that point.
Shame it doesn't come with a meat backpack like you get at the airport

Got one in Newark. Lots left. Bargain for 15quid.
Never tried this before, but tempted given the price. What do you serve this with? Or do you literally just slice and eat?
These Ham's seem very big, do they need to be stored in the fridge once opened?
still £30 in asda gosport

No, you leave them out on the side, and cover with a cloth. You slice bits off and when finished cover the cut bit with a bit of rind. Then when you come to have more you slice off a little of the exposed bit and discard. You really need a proper ham knife, sharpened razor sharp, so you can cut wafer thin slices - so thin you can almost see through them - a bit tricky and potentially hazardous.

We had a full size one, from Lidl, a couple of years ago, but it was too big for us really, and whilst it was OK I wasn't hugely keen on the flavour of the cure. If I could afford it I would get one of the very high quality ones, though if these cheap smaller ones dropped to £10 I would buy one.
7.5kg £20 in Asda
Same in Asda Clapham Junction.
