That information wiil be in your car owners manual.

This is a good price for a lot of oil. I don't have a car but am tempted to buy it to use as cooking oil.

I seem to remember people died in Italy in the 70s when a company put mineral oil in bottles of cooking oil.

Sunflower oil is cheaper and I guarantee it will not give you the $hits like this stuff would

I think your confusing Synthetic & Organic.

Ah probably. I also did some googling and found out it's WD-40 that you can safely ingest, not motor oil. Will give this one a miss. Thanks all for setting me straight.

Ah but WD-40 is not an oil so I would not recommend it unless you have some internal water you want to displace

Oh, thought I could use it instead of that Fry-Lite spray. Oh well.

Is this low saps?

Go well with a lot of food then.
Seen the oil reduced last week, though some one might have put up deal earlier.

Would not trust putting this stuff in a decent engine, fine for town runabouts and old cars but if you have anything made by VW/Audi group it needs to meet the spec otherwise you risk camshaft lobe wear on the top end and noisy tappets as this oil will break down a lot quicker in VW group diesels.

He's right you know. I've got a 1.9 TDI 130 Skoda Superb. The only thing superb about it is the engine though and I want it to stay that way.

what he said. For the oldet engines oil from TPS is only about 19 quid for 5l so it's stupid not to use genuine parts. I had to replace a camshaft due to rounded lobe on a 1.9PD engine on a second hand car I bought. Cost me +£350 and that was me doing the labour. Why risk your car for a few quid?

Check your hand book for an oil spec or if in doubt ask someone that knows.

Excellent price for fully synthetic oil (cheaper than semi-synthetics). I bought some for my 20 year old Saab convertible - it should do just nicely instead of Castrol GTX.

Agreed. I check the specifications very carefully before buying any product, not just oil and buy to suit. I find this ok for my Royal Enfield and an old car. I use Castrol Magnatec in the newer car. Just because this oil is cheap at the moment it doesn't mean it is poor quality. The original price was £20 so by buying now at £13 I think it's a good deal.

this is the correct spec for your car. triple qx is only 505.00 this one is 505.01. not for long life servicing you need the £17 5w30 for that

can someone tell me the Engine oil classification of this oil?
