The last one I had the pastry on the bottom was raw and as above there is not much filling

Put half of one in the bin uncooked on the bottom filling tasted like pure sugar syrup could not even taste apple

Recommend pop in the oven gas 5 for 10-15. Sorts the soggy bottom

Put in containers too quick before they cool causing condensation!

I think the "soggy" bottom issue some people have is because they are frozen and asda pack them straight from their freezer. Some people like a moist bottom my pie was great especially with a bit of ice cream.

They are frozen then baked in store.

    Nice! And vegan too!

If anyone has a soggy bottom it's not raw it is as mentioned before and just caused by it defrosting, easy to fix is pop in an air fryer without the foil if yours is large enough to fit in, if no air fryer then pop in the oven .
    shawty1984's avatar
    It's baked in store.
