I wouldnt have said so...just the occasional bit...
Its just got the crystal type pieces of salt in it rather than the fine grains blended in..
used to buy this as "farmhouse butter" in France..

I have bought it in the past and it is very good.

It would've been lovely with the carrot & pumpkin seed rolls I bought yesterday, too. :cry:

looks nice but tastes foul.

Stick to Lurpak - it's sensibly Danish (packed at the churn, so they claim - but that bit's probably bo-locks). Only a Frenchman would want crunchy butter - more than likely they've got a batch of sub standard, salt contaminated butter they think they can palm off on the English

couldn't find in my local today.
