& nasty, hence not cheap in the long run.

But the Polaroid 'debate' has been done to death!
Hisense 50" 4k is £296 on ebay with the 15% off code, probably better.
whuttt!!! 10 bit panel and 4-4-4 chroma?? bargain if true

Yep, done to death though this will still get hot even though £349 will buy a 4k 49" Hisense from RS with 6 year warranty. Go figure.
Find someone you know who works in Asda to buy it for you as there is a 20% off two day event soon.

'HDR' lol
'10 bit' lol
'4:4:4' absolute lol

ps, absolutely love that '4:4:4' is followed in the specs by mpeg noise reduction as a 'feature' haha

I was looking at the other posted hisense deal for £349 at Currys where it linked to rs deal , I am seriously tempted at £329 with 6 year warranty, just worried about quality of sd content.

SD is better than I expected (installed 49N5500 for relative this week).

Any motion blur to worry about, I'm still using a 42 panny plasma only hd ready , wondering if it is worth upgrading as the panny sd is great and apart from the occasional switch of and restart it works fine. I just don't like wasting money.

Yes, motion blur detected though I'm pretty sensitive to it. I upgraded my 2004 Hitachi (from when Hitachi actually manufactured TVs) to a 2014 LG before plasma was archived, I'll keep that until it dies(then fix it).
