Excellent find OP, this represents better value than the pay monthly options for those that can use these timeslots. Heated, thanks.

You're welcome
I have a feeling it could be due to the Morrisons rumoured £1 delivery?? Although that's not available here yet.
Cue Tesco.........!!! X

Great thanks - I didn't know about this - thanks OP - hot

cheers for posting this, I am an Asda home shopper and my workload will now be quadrupled

Tesco do some £1 slots too ,no minimum spend. (morrisons is £40 minimum)

I got this a couple of weeks back, was my first time at Asda so just thought it was the norm. Shame everythign they sent was bashed and messed up, not a patch on SB ot Tesco delivery.

Does this really warrant 5 exclamation marks? Seriously?

In addition to the reduced price slots. If you are registered for ASDA email offers, you could have received an automatic UNLIMITED FREE DELIVERY for a month added direct to your account ! As has been mentioned, damaged goods appears to be a common problem with ASDA deliveries ! Over a long period every delivery has been a problem. It is not the delivery drivers at fault, it is the VERY BAD picking & packing at store ! I've received dented cans in a jumble with broken glass jars and bottles. Heavy items on top of soft products and other various problems. Probably one of the worst experiences was cleaning products laid horizontal on top of fruit and veg !!! BLEACH LEAKED OVER ALL THE FRUIT AND VEG !!!!! I have contacted ASDA C.S. (call centre is in South Africa) and notified them of each problem. They simply refund for damaged products but the feedback does not appear to filter back to the source of the problem ! I think anyone who has home deliveries from ASDA should receive a stress discount !

Just think of the added job security you'll have.

£10.10 Topcashback for new registrations for next 5 days, £50 minimum order.

I tried Asda once - never ever ever again! they substituted a bunch of sunflowers for, nope not another bunch of flowers, but 3 extra pomegranates (I ordered 2). Everything came in the same colour bags and I had to go through all the shopping to give the other substitutions back, which they then didn't refund until I chased them up. They offered me no compensation for the rather bizarre substitution of sunflowers into pomegranates or failing to refund returned items.
Tesco on the other hand often leave their substitutions and refund the money.

Asda are a bit poor with their deliveries but they are easily the cheapest of the big supermarkets and they do have the best customer service. You don't even need to speak to anyone or return your items to get a refund. You just request online. I've had up to £12 back in one shop with no questions asked! £1 delivery is definitely worth it. Heat added

Was this comment worth the effort? Seriously?
I'll put as many in as I like!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

£1 is good. I have the delivery pass from the £15 for 3 months offer but, I can't always reach the £40 minimum spend so this may come in handy, I don't mind spending £1 on delivery if need be, rather than add £15 of stuff I don't need.

Tomorrow night between 18.00 - 20.00 = 0.50p here

I got an email a week or so ago offering free delivery for a month so not voting

ive got one booked for Thursday afternoon. they go pretty quick so best to look at 4-5 days ahead late night ones are usually £1

Didn't notice it was £1 when I booked tonight but just checked and it is! Good for me as I like a Wednesday evening delivery, I can't fault Asda the drivers are brilliant and rarely have issues with my orders but the website is awful since they changed it, last week there was a problem on my account where it wouldn't let me check out saying didn't deliver to my area and that I was trying to add 24 items to my basket at once, cleared cache and cookies, emptied the trolly and tried 4 different browsers helpdesk claimed there was no fault and told me to use a tablet or my phone instead! Lo and behold a few hours later at 10.30pm it suddenly started working fine. It's times like that that are very frustrating and if this offer stays I'm worried the website will perform even worse!!

Or for people who for ill health reasons can't get to the shop, or who live further away from Asda so it'd cost more in petrol or bus fare than home delivery.

I can't always get out to Asda so home delivery has been a life saver and even when I can, it works out cheaper to get it delivered than it costs in petrol to get there and back.

Many thanks for this. I've got one for tomorrow but they have others next week as well, though none for the next few days.

Tues, Wed and Thur evening a quid for me. I have used their delivery numerous times, no damages at all. They replaced some strong Guarana Coffee with Nescafe De caff once though. I chuckled and said no thanks.

Another time I got 2 cases of Beer delivered and wasn't charged for them. Was delivered between 10 and 12 or a similar time so I'm guessing they couldn't scan due to licensing laws. I didn't complain...

cant even sign in using firefox. Just accepts sign on details and wont progress from there.

personally, asda are by far the worst online supermarket with a delivery rate of less than 80% of my items usually. Plus, their website is awful compared to tesco.

very good thx ordered lots of heavey shopping to save me the effort

I only use asda online every so often as it really annoys me when you put the order in one day for delivery the next and the prices go up costing you a lot more than you expect

I don't look stupid, I work and can manage to find a hour a week to go shopping for a family of five. And btw I am one of the people who pick pack and deliver for you and from my experience 75% of people are just plain lazy.

lol at 75% of people are lazy. Ever considered a career in psychology seeing as you seem to deduce customers personality traits within the time it takes to deliver their shopping.

Also, most people couldnt get to a supermarket, do a weekly shop and return home in an hour. You manage it as you work there.

Personally, a £1 for someone like you to do it all for me is a bargain I will just do 2 minutes extra at work to pay for it

It's cheaper than the cost of my petrol!

dont bite the hand that feeds you - we pay your wages
