Neverstick. Until you’ve had them a couple of years, then they start to stick. I’ve just replaced mine. This is a good price though.
Have a set and they are fab...so far.
Pantastic.
Wow - I paid £20 about 4 weeks ago and thought that was a good price!
Heat, OP.
They are good and 2 years out of pans at these prices is good value

It’s false economy and not environmentally sound to buy new pans every couple of years.

Lifetime warranty means nothing to this company; I’ve sent a complaint in as mine are starting to lose the coating and I’ve been told you can’t use these on anything higher than a low-moderate heat as they lose the coating if you use on a high heat! They literally argue til they’re blue in the face and will not offer a refund or new pans. I wouldn’t waste your money; I’ve emailed countless times, and had to chase them too as they “thought they had replied and accidentally closed the case!”, and I got a ‘free wok’ for the inconvenience. Doesn’t amount to what I’ve paid for 6 of their products and the amount of time I’ve wasted emailing and calling their customer services!
PS ‘Unfit for purpose’ springs to mind! 😡

Good luck with that.

It's correct that their product manual says low to moderate heat but my griddle pan, which usually gets fairly high heat is still in A1 condition.

If they don't honour their guarantee, this is the current advice.

Other than that, 2 frying pans and 3 pots are still good as gold after 2+ years for me and I cook a lot. I do take the advice to keep on medium heat though, as the base of the pans spreads heat so efficiently, high heat is rarely needed.
If you always cook on high heat, maybe these are not for you.

I’ve explained to them I never use these on a high heat, it’s always been a mid heat as a maximum and they still refuse to do anything. I figured I can do more damage by leaving HONEST reviews of their customer service and products, rather than arguing the toss with their useless idiot customer service woman!

Yeah, if it was just one pan I'd be inclined to do the same, but down the line, if they do fail, I'll be all over them with citizens rights, small claims etc. It's boring but a guarantee is a guarantee. The onus will always be on them to PROVE you used them contrary to their instructions.
This deal makes me feel Pansexual

I’ve got 6, and they’ve all got the same defect, no matter how much or little they’ve been used!

I've also got 6, and two years later they're good as new....? Make of that what you will.

ps. Your user name may reveal clues ;-)

I’ve only had mine a few months so maybe they’ve changed how they’re made/its batch dependent or something? :/

Sounds like a genuine defect to me. Take them back to Asda. 12 months unconditional warranty surely.
Had mine for 2 years I think they are excellent quality
Paid £30 for the 5 piece set few months. Cracking deal at a tenner!!!
We've had ours for nearly a year and no signs of giving up.

Good luck if you ever need to claim your guarantee.

Browning on the bottom of the pan is their indication that they have been used on a higher heat then they recommend.

You won't get anywhere quoting CAB advice to anyone and if you take them to small claims, good luck!
Decent pans but don't last long. Don't bother if you cook a lot as these won't keep up the pace.

I have an inkling some peoples idea of non stick / never stick differ so there is a large discrepancy of whether these pans are any good for the long run.
