Saw this last night, cheaper than other supermarkets. I use it for descaling my kettle which is cheaper and better than using chemicals.

Good Price!

Voted hot as I got a flamedeer

Good price and need some more as I descaled the kettle yesterday.

Cheers

Great for cocktails, especially once you've had a few, who can be bothered with real lemons at that point?

Will pick some up, thanks.

Good for:

Long Island Ice Tea
Singapore Sling
Aviation
Tom Collins
Whisky sour
Amaretto sour

Out of interest, is lemon juice acidic enough to descale a kettle? I've tried using distilled vinegar but no joy.

Yes you can and it does work. I can taste it when my kettle needs doing and this only takes 2 minutes and it done. The benefit is, if you dont clean the kettle out properly it wont kill you if you drink it, and its cheap and easy to do. Its the acid that does it. I guess you could use vinger aswell, but that smells. This makes your kitchen smell fresh.

Cheers, will give it a shot.

Whole bottle of juice to descale the kettle, or do you mix with water?

no about 50/50 with water. My kettle has no element its flat at the base so i would use about 1/5 of this bottle per descale. Just enough to cover the base. All depends how bad your kettle is.

Great idea - descaling kettles and cleaning microwaves - mm lemony fresh - heat added

Heat added, I prefer to have it on my pancakes though!

superhot, thanks. I got a few this morning and I use lemon juice all the time.
