Asda Medium Cheddar 700g (2x350g) for £1

This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Found at Hyson Green store in Nottingham. Not online. Uploaded copy of receipt to show that it scanned for £1. Can't make any huge availability promises as there was no shelf-edge label where these were located (in the chiller with pies and quiches rather than the cheese aisle). Also been told that the mature and mild varieties scan at £1. Basically, I'd look out for any packs of 2x350g Asda own-brand cheese and get operator to price check. Barcode for the medium is 5052449334302 if that helps anyone.

Unfortunately from my experience, "not online" means not available 99% of the time. Good luck to the 1% or so people who find it available!
I have found ASDA mature and extra mature cheese is often stronger than other brands, so I buy, if it is cheaper.

Sorry, product description on receipt is hardly specific (just 'cheese') but this was definitely for the 2x350g pack of the Asda Medium Cheddar

Do you like peas? Do you like cheese?
Then you will like cheesy peas! LOL
Am sorry but that is not enough proof. You need a photo of you handing money over to the cashier, while your holding the block of cheese in the other. At the same time you need to adopt this pose. Oh no you dont need two thumbs up, just the one will do, while you hold the block of cheese you just purchased in the other hand.

Thanks for the suggestion - I did consider that but I thought that my Fonz-like coolness would prompt cold votes from male HUKDers out of jealousy. My avatar if from what is now termed 'classic' Doctor Who so clearly my claim to coolness is credible. Hope some of you manage to find this
i went to the other asda in nottingham and they didn't have any packs of 2x350g, only 400g packs
May or may not be a local deal. Got this in West Bridgford, Nottingham earlier today.

Same in Gloucester - had my daughter scouring the cheese aisle for 350g packs! They didn't have any reduced bakery either, so sadly a wasted trip to Asda last night!

where abouts?
Hot deal if you can get your hands on some.
When I click on that receipt the top right corner shows a video of a womans bum, clicking on it takes you straight to very NSFW pictures. When I refresh it I got an add for UNISON. Some VERY odd advertising on that site.
who eats MEDIUM cheddar? hahahaha
Not on at Asda Bideford.....But that's Asda, for you...only put the offer on, at a few stores!

Took a while to find a way of uploading a scanned file and a forum suggested Photobucket. Would only work if done as a thumbnail - with the accompanying adverts. Due to the athletic appearance of the bum, I clicked on it (hoping for some handy fitness tips), and got directed to "Sex in the UK". An emergency deletion from the browser history was required to avoid a potentially awkward discussion with my wife so be warned. Incidentally 'NSFW'? I thought I quite au fait with abbreviations in this field but I must be being dim here.

Sorry to those who couldn't find any, experience has taught me to never make a special trip for the sake of one grocery item, may be worth putting on a list of things to look out for however
NSFW = Not Safe For Work

Strangely when we tried again a few times it took us to the login/search page, but the first time we were straight onto pics of melons, kebabs and women swallowing sausages.
Thanks for that - if anyone gets collared at work, maybe try blaming a trojan, (or a workmate)
Thanks OP, surprised to find some today
