I use one of these from Ikea .... £1

Plastic Jug

Hot from me, i paid full price for my sons one. Its great how its flexible and moulds to childs head so can act as a splash guard too.

I'm the same but held back as it's the OPs first deal.

We use one of these. Better than a jug for avoiding the shampoo going in their face.

I've got the Pink one love it

We've got the pink one and i'd pay full price for it, it's excellent, and yes you will be able to get similar cheaper from Ikea but this allows you to buy and collect when you're in doing your shopping and thus avoid going to Ikea, a place I'd rather not go to unless I need to as always sooooo busy.

would this work on my dog?

(that isnt a joke by the way) my dog absolutely hates going in the bath!

My Dad used to use the shower on our old dog, he seemed to prefer it.

Poor little thing. Can't really share any advice on dogs as we have two cats now, who tend to wait until you've sat down to eat before they begin cleaning themselves.

it would work the same as any old jug
the whole point of these is to create a 'seal' with the soft rim and smooth forehead.. not sure youd get the same effect with dog and if it would stay still anyway!

Out of curiosity, what do these jugs do that a normal 50p or so measuring jug can't do?

Can i have link Please to this ikea jugs?

I bought this in an Asda baby event about a year ago for about the same price - it's great!

The difference with this jug is that it's soft and flexible allowing you to press the jug against the head without hurting and thus allowing the water to run down the back of the childs head and not down their face. A measuring jug will be solid and will not flex.

They are for people with 5 times the amount of 50 pence pieces to spend!
