No minimum order?

£25

Just a warning to prevent disappointment. We recently had annoying dealings with ASDA Click 'N' Collect service with our order not being delivered. We ordered a laptop from Direct and it said it would be ready from 5pm Saturday. Went to pick it up as we had the confirmation to say we could and that it had been delivered, status on system was "In transit". Very annoying as relative was going away on Monday so couldn't get what they wanted and had to get a refund.

Multiple customers have reported the same thing.

How is this a deal?

Tesco are also doing free click and collect, but only until Sunday by the looks of it. However they have no minimum spend. Tesco were also doing this a month or so ago, so worth checking now and then.

Seconded their system is truly rubbish.

This post is about groceries, not laptops. Read the title.

It's been working really well for us in Stevenage although I agree it's not a "deal".

I'd rather pick my own stuff from the back of the shelfs than the old stuff they'd select for me...

I did read thank-you very much. I'm just passing on as it's still kind-of relevant as the fact it's Click 'N' Collect.

You were dealing with Asda Direct Click & Collect which are a separate entity from instore. This is the grocery Click & Collect service.

I tried Click and Collect the other day, I can actually see Asda from my window but thought it would be easier to browse the site and take my time as I get tempted by offers in store.

Never again!, 4 items were substituted for alternatives and everything that had a short shelf life had the shortest sell by/use by dates I have seen, literally a day or 2 on perishables!, they must have picked them on purpose.

Click and Collect...re: Click and we Select...Another win win for the Supermarkets
But there again can you blame them.... if you let the get away with it...COMPLAIN!!!

we go and buy reduced items, you can get a loaf for 5p, they always have loaves and buns, sometimes cakes, if you have a car to go to asda, as most are in places buses can get to but its fiddly for me anyway to go by bus to asda, why not go in and have a look around?.
