Make your own and control what you put inside yourself, its a lot easier than you would think;

(per person)
1) Boil half an an onion and a tablespoon of lentils in a small pan (20 mins)
2) Finely chop half an onion, clove of garlic and half a chili (optional) and fry in 2 tbps of olive oil (4mins)
3) Add 1 tsp of curry powder and 1 tsp cumin (4mins)
4) Add diced chicken/lamb/veg whatever you want to use and brown (6mins)
5) Make the sauce in a blender (1 tbsp tom puree, 2 tsps garlic puree, 1 tsp mango chutney, 2 tsps natural yogurt and the boiled onion/lentils
6) Add sauce to the pan and simmer low for 20mins, serve with rice.

How carb heavy is it?
lucas

How carb heavy is it?

7.7g per 100g
how does this sound?
No fat, low carbs and hardly any protein? What's it made of mostly water? Only 225kcals so not going to fill you up, more calories in a bar of chocolate!

Oh and it does have sugar, 3.6g per 100g. I can't imagine how a curry would taste with no fat, I like loads of fat in mine.
Nice

No oil, no sugar, no hydrogenated oils.

You forgot to add:-

No taste!

60% of the dish is made from Dhansak Curry Sauce - of which 10% of that is Lentils. The rest is water and onions (which are mostly water). Hmmmmmm .....

The paper box is a lot more expensive than the ingredients inside.
when they were 2 for £4 they were top dog. The tikka masala had more protein than the more expensive men's health high protein meals.

Probably tastes better too!

The war on fat is a con. (trans fat being the exception)
Fat only became an enemy when the sugar industry vilified it to make sugar look better.
Fat is not fattening; if you don't believe me spend some time looking at the latest research.
When you look at almost any product in a shop that says LOW FAT! it normally has high sugar (yogurts are bad for this) and people are so brainwashed to believe fat = fattening, they buy these things.

Pre 1960s / 70s, fat was a massive part of most people's diet, and sugar, bread, rice, pasta, wasn't... low and behold, most people back then were not fat.

If the comments about this range above are true about them being low carb as well as low fat, then you will be absolutely starving after one, and will end up snacking later on and just put more weight on!

People need to break this idea of eating like a rabbit to normalise your weight, it NEVER works and it punishing as all hell. Stop eating sugar (yes, that includes most fruit & especially fruit juice) bread, pasta, rice, potatoes... and instead eat eggs, bacon, cheese, nuts, peanut butter, olives, butter (look up bulletproof coffee).

Cut to 50 grams of carbs a day and then less when you see it works... it works even better when you do.

Research: Intermittent fasting, Time restricted eating [window] and ketosis diet.

STOPPING LETTING THESE SOULLESS MARKETING MEN MAKE A MUG OUT OF YOU AND TURNING YOU INTO SOMEONE ALWAYS CHASING A SMALLER WAISTLINE AND NEVER, EVER GETTING THERE. THEY WANT YOU AS A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.
