European Travel plug found in ASDA at 2p
It was on a clipstrip in the baking aisle, not sure why?

Plenty left on it after I got mine, didn't see them elsewhere in the store though (Caerphilly)

It will be on the baking isle / bread isle due to this being an impulse buy or a buy people will see and realise they need. With supermarkets knowing that bread and milk are a popular product to pop in for its a great way to get rid of lines they want to sell offf. It'd be there, the entrance, or the tills.

All this aside there is no other vote than hot for this deal!

this deal is just freaky! i loves it tho'

Bought 10 of these at Home and Bargain last week for 69p each, ready for my emigration Think I'll grab some more at this price though cheers!

When i had to live in the third world (the wrong side of the channel in europe) i found that it made more sense to just buy UK multi plugs (the gang leads with 6/12 plugs) then attach one 69p adapter ta-da instant 6/12 british plugs..
Yyou use less wall sockets this way which in europe can definitely be an advantage as many houses tend to have few wall sockets per room in europe, probably because the houses are older (generally speaking)

I got mine from home bargains at 69p each too! but at 2p it probably works out cheaper just to buy these. than buying multiplugs...if you are taking lots of electronics with you though it is definitely worth thinking about using those gang leads because you will just run out of sockets...

I'd be fairly certain that this will be a national thing, and that there won't be much in the way of stock. ASDA reduces lines that are deleted and dont have much stock nationally to 2p as a matter of course.

As an ASDA staff member and someone who does the price changes, I'd say you've been incredibly lucky there, usually when these 2p price changes come thru to us we don't have the stock in. Nice one! (voted hot too).

Thats ASDA price!
