looks like a great deal to me i love lilies, thanks

Are lillies associated with death or are they ok to send for birthdays?
My aunt is 60 this month but I don't want to offend her.

White Lilies are often considered a funeral flower but coloured lilies, like the ones in this offer are ok to send as a gift. (I used to be a florist ;-) )

I love Bunches, I've used them loads of times and the flowers they have sent have always been spot on and have lasted for ages. The chocies are rather nice too :-D

Great offer. I can now get in the wife's good books!

Are Lilies the ones that have that middle bit that stains your clothes/furnishings? I love them (they have a wonderful scent) but the stain thing always puts me off. It is lilies isn't it???

Yes, lilies can stain but it's really easy to avoid. The bits that cause the staining are called stamens and when the lilies first open the stamens are smooth and not covered in pollen (it's the pollen from the stamens that stains) so simply pull them off Problem solved, no pollen no stains and lovely smelling lilies

oh and there are types of lilies that don't have any pollen at all, but they are harder to find and lot more expensive, so just removing the stamens seems to be the best answer for now.
