those shoes (2130 and 2140) have a support though, so should only be bought if you over pronate, otherwise they will start hurting your feet.

explanation here runnersworld.ltd.uk/pro…htm

if your serious about running go into a proper running shop (and that doesn't mean JJB or sports wolrd) and get some advise before you buy.

Yeah Up & Running in the Manchester triangle were excellent for me. They have the treadmill with cameras behind so they can see what shoe is supporting your feet best. Im flat footed, very flat footed and I had never ran in my life because of that. But I was considering a career in the navy at the time so though I better give it a try.

Anyway I left thestore with some Brooks adrenaline GTS 9 which on the video playback did give me the best support of all the shoes i tried. They were £70-£80 I cant remember but for the service and advice it was easily worth it. I decided against the navy idea, but I wear them now as my normal day to day shoe and I wear them to my local Boxing gym, and for treadmill work they have been great for me.

Ever since I became a teenager I had worn ill fitting (I didnt know that my feet were only 9.5 until I went there, I had been wearing size 11 that my mum bought me for quite a while!, and this is because the likes of JJB dont even have feet measurers in their stores.) So the comfort these things give me is great.

By the way the guy givng me advice in the store said that just because a certain trainer is marketed as having support cushioning or motion control you really shouldnt take that as meaing it is the best shoe for you. My advice is to pay the premiuim of going to a specialist shop. But If you know exectly what you want or need then by all means buy the cheapest.

thabiz is right.
