Just go to us asos and change the currency in the top right to uk.

Search Vans for example and they are £38 compared to £50 on asos uk.

Here is an example:

us.asos.com/van…n=3

compared to asos.com/van…n=1

Won't they just cancel the orders when they realise you're in the UK?

which region?
I'm sure they don't mind this as it's just a way of legally avoiding tax, as all purchases will be made to the US business and so not liable for VAT
Won't you get hit with customs fees once they arrive in the UK?
According to the picture on their front page they don`t seem to cater for me..

no it goes through on the UK order account, just in US price. I bought some vans and then are now showing in my UK orders with the US price. It also says on the item page no import charges. cheers

I'm sure you're wrong in all respects
I wonder if this would work in Korea, the more northern of the two.

It is liable for VAT though. It's shipping from UK to a UK address.
It seems to be more for American companies you get a discount for, such as Vans etc
Odd, everything is more expensive by a few pence on mine
There's no Nike products on the us asos ? ;-( why
Depends where it ships from...

  • If you're ordering from Canada or outside of the US, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. ASOS has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for more information on the current charges.

The no charges on the product page relates to US residents only.

Not an approved retailer. Perhaps.

Probably because they have distribution agreement with Nike, not to sell to US customers through the US site.

Anyway, if the US prices cheaper than the UK ones and you can place orders to be delivered in the UK, it's massive opportunity to get some bargains I guess.
I agree I think they have a agreement in place but I feel sorry for the American asos shoppers who can't purchase some of the exclusives asos gets with their Nike products

You love commenting don't you.
I guess people will find different prices tomorrow if the £ is lower in the exchange rate as it is today compared to 2 days ago when it was higher..
