Is this less dull than the first one? I heard they changed the missions a bit, but I've not played it.

I know what you mean about the first one, (which did drag on a bit). That said, this second game it top quality, and I would highly recommend. Good gameplay, great story which puts a lot more context on the overall plot compared to the first game. At this price, you can't go wrong :-)

Sounds like a cracking deal man... is this the GOTY edition though?

Not at work it isn't

Everything is filtered... although I'm not sure whether it was filtered for being a games page, or containing the word "Assassin" =p

Good game, gets a little tedious occasionally though and I didn't get on with the control system all that well, especially when it came to the races.

Took me about 6 months to actually get around to finishing it.

excellent price for the game plus dlc.
thanks!

Bah, finally took the plunge. Wasn't going to buy this ever as I hated the first one but it looks more enjoyable this time around.

Never played the first one but bought this a couple of weeks ago when another sub-£10 deal was posted on here. One of the best games I've ever played! Hot deal!

Ordered :p!!! Thanks OP!!!

Wasn't too keen on the 1st part also after seeing the game in action at a friends house. Played abit of this when it came out (again) at a friends house and i thought it was a big improvement. At this price and with the extras, it cannot be ignored!!!

Damn, just orderd this last night from zavvi @£12.95,luckly they on a go slow today,so just canceled and reordered thx HOT

Want to pick this up, but cannot get the Walkers page to load fully to get a code.... IT stops at 98%...!!

Has anyone got a code they can send me?

Almost ordered this for £13.85 elsewhere this morning, glad I waited £8.95 inc delivery ftw

There is a 'Complete Edition' and this 'Game Of The Year Edition'. The only difference I can see is that all the 'Extras' of the GOTY edition are on the disc and the CE has voucher codes for the 'Extras'. Am I correct in saying this?

Because saw this thread today Assassin's Creed 2 Complete Edition

Brilliant find, thanks for that

Managed to get into the Walkers site and got a code.... so nice one OP.

I picked up a second hand copy of AC2 a while back at CEX but was planning on going back and completing the first game before playing it, which hasn't happenend yet..... Now i have this on order i can trade that again and will have effectively only paid £2 extra for a new copy with all the DLC included.

Aye, 31p tracked via Topcashback for me.

Excellent game. So much better than the first. Hot.

Excellent game, made even better by being cheap.

Voted hot and bought. I can give my friend's copy back now and let it sit on my shelf for a rainy day, knowing I have all the DLC to boot.

Thanks orderd cant go wrong for that price :heat+

I need a code....

Sounds like a great deal, heat added

great!! hot from me!!

Awesome Deal, Awesome Game, this an absolute must have game and with AC brotherhood coming out mid november its a great time to get into the series.

and yes the first one was very repetitive, the second was a vast improvement and actually pokes fun at the first game for being so repetitve in a cutscene and the instructions.

you'll never grow tired of poisoning guards with your hidden blade and watching them go nuts.

This is crazy HOT HOT HOT, ordered thanks
and you don't need to buy any walkers to get the 10% off so thats a bonus.

This game rocks, well the first one did so this should be an improvement since the last one was a bit repeatative
