Actually looking at the RRP the special edition at 75% off would be £5. So looks like they need to fix the link to the standard game that is £3.75. I will amend the title.

OK it is definitely a glitch the standard version is still showing as £14.99. That is the one that should be 75% off but the link goes to the special edition.

Special Edition is £3.75... but not by using the link from uplay's promotion!

Use this link instead -

Just when I thought Ubisoft couldn't be any more incompetent...

Glad to be helpful. I still voted 'hot' as it's a great deal despite me personally finding the Assassin's Creed series to be as dull as ditchwater. X)

Still adds to cart as £5 so looks like the link needs fixing by Ubisoft

Pah! My gosh, Ubisoft are on a roll today! What a sorry excuse for a company.

Good spot, have heat. I don't mind being a year behind on AC games

A wise decision when it comes to some games series but according to the likes of the Steam forums Ubisoft never did bother to properly fix the myriad bugs that plague AC3.

Also, it's reputedly a poorly optimised shoddy console port too despite Ubisoft having hyped it for having some higher resolution textures. Still a great deal for the price of £3.75 but don't be expecting a great game that runs flawlessly even if you have a high end PC.

I just can't muster any interest in this franchise at all. I remember being impressed years ago with the populated towns but apart from that it just seemed like thief on rooftops with prince of persia mixed in to pad it out. The fact the whole series just went bonkers with, well I won't say it, don't want to put spoilers up for those who do want to play from the beginning. Suffice to say that the new version is a pirate reboot because there's just nowhere you can go with what they've built so far.

I quite like the look of the new one though but that feels more like playing Captain Jack Sparrow than an assassin so maybe that's why I'm liking it. Where's me rum gone!

Says £5 when added to the cart but still worth this surely?

Excellent price, poor game in the franchise though IMO

10thanks

I quite liked the 4th installment, story is a bit annoying, feels like it takes forever to get going and when it finally does it ends just leaving more questions than it answered (as is often the case with the series) pretty much everything else is better about the game though and it is still a good story massive improvement glitch/bug wise compared to number 3.
I'm still looking for an "all dlc" i.e. full version of the game for number 3 and now 4 though

If only it was a steam version. Digital River(Company ubisoft and ea use for their online stores) seem to hate my cards. Just won't accept them, not even paypal.

You need to use the code 10thanks

This one was really boring, doesn't matter how cheap it is or how big a fan of the series you are, chances are you'll feel like you wasted your time playing this.

Thanks, just bought Revelations as I didn't finish it on the PS3 and I didn't want to play III until I did it, and now this, very handy thanks.

I guess the £3.75 isn't working then?

Looks like they didn't even bother to change it to the correct game they advertised.
