Well, here's a surprise - base.com coming in cheaper than the competition by a penny

Announced yesterday, this remaster of the final PS3/Xbox 360-era Assassin's Creed game is due for release on 20 March 2018. For those who didn't play it at original release, this is very much in the style of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag - and IMO, a great game.

Base no doubt humming this to themselves

Ooh, first I've heard of this! Have been scouring eBay this week, trying to get all the Assassin's Creed games on console, and this is one of the last gen ones I need but now I guess I can just get the remaster. Now just have to decide whether I want to get II, Brotherhood and Revelations on PS3 or 360 or get the Ezio Collection. Or start buying them all on PC...
Does it have sea shanties like Black Flag? Thats pretty much make or break for me.

Wouldn't suprise me if they was remastered too!!!
Yes! Black Flag was the last one I played on PS3 and never got round to playing Rouge before I traded in for a PS4. I’ve avoided buying the other newer Assassins Creed games because I didn’t get chance to play Rogue.

II, Brotherhood and Revelations have been remastered.
Yes please more remasters because I replaying the same game again with PC graphics

You know why they don't release remasters on PC (if they do they give it away for free) it's because it's not improved. It may be slightly worse. It may be slightly better. Maybe the exact same

I know, I realised after I put it
Out of the two AC games that released, I don't think Ubisoft expected this to be the better received one by the community. I personally loved this one compared to Unity and would highly recommend it!
They put the game on BC on the Xbox one last year and that's when I picked it up for the first time, not sure if this will be much better if the collection remasters are anything to go by. The 360 version is on sale digitally for £5.99 regularly and that pretty much runs at 60fps on the Xbox one X.

I doubt it will be much different tbh. The remaster looks like a simple resolution increase and nothing more.
Rogue was great, Heat!

Yeah it's probably exactly that, shocked they didn't just port it over in 2014.
Much preferred Rogue over Unity. Better gameplay and story in my not so humble opinion
Great game, much better than Unity which was released around the same time.
I've always figured they could do so much more with the Templar side of things in the AC universe.
In the earlier games at least they were portrayed as having fair arguments for their views, a sort of moral grey area rather than the mustache twirling cartoon baddies they've become in recent years.
I played through this on 360 last year. Great game. Well worth playing.
