Could've saved that 39p if you'd waited, now you'll never get it back
Heated, amazing freebie! Despite the game not being the best reviewed, it is actually surprisingly expensive to buy for PC and hard to even find very much outside the Uplay store, unlike the Xbox One one that is often sold for pennies from CDkeys.

Had been trying to get this to finish my Assassin's Creed collection, so glad I held off

shame it had happen to Notre Damne though. With luck someone with leave …shame it had happen to Notre Damne though. With luck someone with leave the frying pan on at the Delphi or the Taj Mahal next month and we'll get the next game. just jokes.,

ive heard the actual schematic drawings from the game are going to contribute to wards the rebuild of Notre Damne. Thats insane

I struggled to stay entertained through the first Assassins Creed and so still have all the rest sat gathering dust. I know they are supposed to get better but I just have so many other games to play. I grabbed it though because... Why not.

At this stage I’m determined to have someone pay ME to own this game!
Man for a second there I thought CD Keys finally caved and made this free . Great deal and heat added.
Hey that’s pretty cool of them
It was horribly reviewed as it was a bug ridden mess when it released. They said, it's a decent assassin's creed game now it's been fixed and I'd argue it was better than syndicate.

The online play is probably dead and wasn't great to start, but these are basically solo player games anyway.

Can't argue at the low low price of free regardless
One of my favourite AC games.
I got it last year for Xbox and all the problems were sorted, and it was a great game. Well worth free. Now onto syndicate, I'm a few years behind!
Still the best free running in the series
Awesome! just added to library Thanks
Jesus Christ, that is good marketing. Pun intended.
Great game, only AC game i've replayed.

I think this sums up HUKD really - saving money but somehow still spending more!

That's pretty amazing isn't it.
No Steam or gog no buy! Bethesda, Ubisoft, Epic Store can continue offering free games and my stance won't change. I already have the game through Steam by the way but it also requires Uplay as well. I did play a few of them in the past but with the recent changes Ubisoft have made with the refusal to allow retailers and authorised online sellers to compete with one another and sell the game + pushing users into paying full price through Ubisoft or Epic Store is all wrong. Ubisoft can do one going forward.

I mean, it's an ubisoft game.

Just as EA publishes EA games on Origin, and Valve publishes Valve games on Steam, Ubisoft sells Ubisoft games on Uplay.

Nothing wrong with that. I'd rather install it via uplay so I don't have to have steam + uplay active to play the game.

Ubisoft have traded one platform for another and locked out retailers / online sellers just so they can charge full price. I have no love for Epic Store but they are using Epic Store to promote their own store and locking consumers out on all fronts. I prefer Steam and gog and no amount of freebies will have me changing stores, nor any and all exclusives.

I do have Uplay installed by the way but have never purchased or accepted a freebie through their launcher. Same with EA and Origin the minute they went exclusive I haven't bought a single game from them, thankfully most of their releases since 2011 have been disasters anyway.

Nobody likes Epic Store so what do Ubisoft do? Lets make a deal with Epic Games. We'll use Steam for free advertisement, pull the game before launch and reap the rewards when angry gamers openly criticise Epic Store and buy through Ubisoft Store to rebel. Instead of taking the fight to Epic Games people should be just as angry with Ubisoft for shoddy tactics. Some users prefer to use Steam, infact those users actually paid more for Steam versions through Steam than buying Uplay codes for half the price from retail / online stores but what do Ubisoft do? Shut them all out.

I hated UBISTORE....But it has improved significantly to be fair. It also helps that UBISOFT are probably one of the more respected publishers now (which says a lot of how the industry has fallen apart)
Just downloaded Uplay and discovered I have a couple of games already in my library that I don't even remember buying! One of them was Southpark Stick Of Truth with a steam key!. Heat added just for making me download uplay :-P
when ubisoft start paying me to play it, then il consider.
That's a lovely gesture from Ubi. GG.
Still not cheap enough.
Probably the best way to visit Notre Dame for now

Give it a rest mate it’s free and it’s in aid of the disaster what’s happened!
But is game any good? Will your eyes not be hurt by old graphics or does it look okey dokey?
Got about 4 AC games on my pc all for free from uplay and Ubisoft... Can't even remember if this is one of them or not lol
